I have a $200 store credit with Buffalo Exchange. When I try to redeem it, it turns out that my credit was already used by someone else in another store, while the physical credit card never left me. Buffalo Exchange told me that they couldn't get me a refund because they think I was the person who redeemed the credit, but I actually never did, and they refuse to provide me information to validate who actually used this card, even though they have it on their backend. Here is the timeline: In April 2022: Specifically on 4/15, I sold a bunch of clothing and received a $200 credit. In May 2022: I went to the store again to purchase some cloth with my store credit, and they told me that this credit is already redeemed on 4/16 by a female in Oregon. I told them that it couldn't be the case because the card is always with me, and it can't be redeemed without a physical copy of the card. The manager also think it was wild and told me that they will investigate this and will also have the accountant reapply the credit back to my card. Between May and July 2022: There were some back and forths between me and the store manager. Basically, they told me that this issue couldn't be resolved because its actually redeemed (They think I redeemed it in another state). They asked for my name, and personal description, and then TOLD ME THAT THE WOMEN IN THE STORE VIDEO MATCHES EXACTLY WITH WHAT I DESCRIBE DESCRIPTION. That's when I feel I am completely fooled by this store because they were trying to fish out information from my mouth and use it against me. With that said, they still refuse to provide me the video of the woman who used the card to validate that what they are saying is true. I don't believe them because I have the card the whole time so no one else could use it. Up until this point, this issue has been there for about two months without being resolved, and Buffalo Exchange still refuse to provide me evidence of how this physical copy of the card is being used.
