I am requesting the immediate removal of this collection account from my credit report as it is inaccurate and unlawfully reported. This action has caused significant harm to my creditworthiness and financial standing, impacting my ability to secure favorable credit terms and financial opportunities. I have made every effort to resolve this matter amicably by notifying Stuart Lippman & Associate of their legal deficiencies and demanding compliance with state laws. Their continued non-compliance and lack of response necessitate formal action to protect my rights as a consumer.
