      This information is for companies that sell great products and have excellent customer service. Stop using OnTrac (i.e. lasership.com) I was waiting for a package from a well known company that seemed to be taking longer than normal. I've order from them over a dozen times and have had quick delivery. I checked the tracking and OnTrac listed it as an exception (needed more delivery information) that was already 2 days old. I opened a "Ticket" on OnTrac and never heard a word from them. I contacted the seller would was doing their best to help. A couple days later, OnTrac said that the order was either rejected or asked to be returned to the seller. I never received any information from my "Ticket" Moral of the story, if you are a well known business with fantastic customer service. STOP USING ONTRAC - You are saving nothing and losing the respect of good customers.

      I placed two orders on December 13th with Victoria Secret and they were shipped using lasership/ontrac. My tracking numbers said they were loaded on a truck on December 15th and then lasership/ontrac said they could not deliver my packages because they need additional information from me. I have updated my address every day for the last two weeks and still nothing. Now they are saying my packages are lost. How does that happen? This is a terrible shipping company and should be shut down. They make every excuse not to deliver your packages and I have read from other customers that their packages were stolen. My father worked for UPS for 30 years and then retired. None of this would have happened back then. This whole ordeal has been extremely frustrating and stressful! I just want my packages please. I will even pick them up myself if I have to. Thank you!!

      On Trac Mark's The Package Delivered, No Package Found. You Can Not Get In Touch Even Wirh Corporate. Bad Reviews But The Company I Bought An Item From Uses Them For Delivery.

      I ordered $200 worth of jackets through Northface's website and through no fault of Northface, their courier service On Trac has stolen my jackets just like they have stolen hundreds of other products, broken them or just refused to deliver them. I live on Long Island and my items were located in their warehouse last Friday at 2:47am in Mineola; Mineola is a half hour drive from me. It is Friday 10/20 and my jackets still haven't received. On Trac had my jackets marked as delivered on Tuesday at 12:35pm, no jackets were left at my door. I received numerous responses from On Trac regarding my items one being that there was a driver issue and my jackets cannot be located. This company is atrocious. They need to be shut down.

      Ordered clothes from Zara. They said it was delivered and even signed for, meanwhile, no one was home to do so. They sent a pic of a signature which was not even close to our name and the items were never delivered. I assume stolen by the driver.

      They claim they delivered a package to my home which it was never delivered to my home I have cameras and you never see an on trac truck or delivery person …

      I placed an order with Zuilly to go to Washington state and they used a carrier called On Trac. I have had nothing but trouble with these idiots. They first marked my package held, now its marked delayed. I can't get ahold of anyone at customer service and their sms number is a fraud. Noone texts back but a computer. Do yourself a favor and dump Zuilly like QVC & HSN did. There is a reason why they went separate ways!!!!!!

      Ontrac lies about attempting delivery and delivering packages. Their scans make no sense and doorbell cameras prove that they lie. Frankly, I’m sick of it. They don’t answer the phone and their customer service does not answer emails or messages.

      I’ve been waiting for a package for the last couple of weeks. On trac is suppose to deliver it. It was supposed to be delivered on May 16,2023 and I have yet to receive it. They keep telling me it will be delivered in 1-2 business days. Well, they’ve been telling me that the last 6 days. I still have no package. They don’t have a number where you can speak to a live person. So now I can’t even get a refund for the order I’m now missing because they are refusing to mark the package as lost or stolen.

      On 5/12/22 OnTrac received a package I ordered from Vans. On 5/16/22 I sent an email to customer services inquiring why my package repeatedly kept getting delayed, they claimed to look into the problem. 5/18/22 I contacted OnTrac by phone because my package was marked as delivered but I still had not received anything. I do think this company should refund my next day shipping.
