- All Sales are Final. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a full credit being issued or stored session being replenished. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice before the appointment time and "no shows" will result in the full charge of the session, or the usage of a stored session except for in extraordinary circumstances. If a refund is agreed upon, a 5% fee will be taken for processing.
Stored Session Credits are good on all unused packaged floats for up to 18 months, depending on the package. Stored Session Credits may be shared with the knowledge of Cloud Nine Flotation. Sharing a credit looks like this:
If you purchased an introductory package 2 for $99, and you only use one of the sessions, you have 1 stored session in your account good for 3 months from the time of your purchase. However, if you decide to sell or gift it to another person, they will have $49.50 in stored credit towards their session also good for 3 months from the time of YOUR purchase. - Business Categories
