  It came out estimated it I had insurance that was no problem. Im on insurance. Can I set up appointment with this coming Monday. The spot of what was wrong and Im satisfied that they will do a good job.

  We had a great experience. There was a rescheduling due to an emergency on the technicians part. When the rescheduled day came the technician showed up within the given time frame. We talked about the service that needed to be completed and he immediately began work. He was professional, courteous, and thorough - even checked the parts of the system he didnt install as part of an overall system check. We are highly satisfied and would recommend them!

  Great service. Technician arrived within the allotted time. He explained what need to be done and why. He was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. I found Elite to be a bit pricey, so if one is on a budget, you may want to shop around. I would still recommend.

  We dont even want to give them a full star. We were extremely disappointed in the treatment we received by the service man ****** *******. He was rude and condescending and just kept saying our garage door opener wasnt under warranty and I had all the paperwork to prove that it was. (For another 5 years more on the motor and 10 more on the belt) When I tried to explain, he wouldnt listen. He just kept saying, Im not here to argue with you. I tried to explain from our perspective and he wouldnt listen. He just kept saying over and overIm not going to argue with you. It upset me. The least ****** could have done was to offer to call and speak with a manager to try to sort things out. BUT he didnt. I was so frustrated. I even had documentation and a persons name from the elite office in 2022 that said our warranty was in file and all ****** said to me was, There isnt even a person with that name that works there. Basically, he was calling me a liar. ****** was so rude. He took his ladder down and threw it in the back of his vehicle. I said, Arent you going to fix it? He said, Theres nothing wrong with it. It just squeaks and makes a noise you dont like. He got in his vehicle and sped down the street. THENto make matters worseI received an email confirmation from the service call and he forged my signature that I was satisfiedwhich was a total lie!!!! I didnt sign anything. Remember, he flung his ladder into his vehicle and took off in a ****!!!SOwhen I received the forged emailI immediately called Elite Garage Doors and asked to speak with the manager. I was told they would have to email them, and they would reach out to me. I waited 2 full days and I havent heard anythingso todayI called back again first thing this morning. Day 3 of being promised a call back. It is now 4:05pm and the managers are done at 4:00pmso 3 FULL DAYS AND A MANAGER HAS NOT CALLED ME!!!!

  He arrived an hour early and was courteous and efficient. He did try to sell us a new garage door, which we will need in the future, along with a new motor. However, since we are doing other improvements, we decided to wait on the door. He said OK and did not pressure us after that, as he respected our decision. I am happy with this company.

  Elite responded quickly to my call for help and ***** arrived in a timely fashion. He gave me a verbal quote that afternoon and I received a written quote a few days later although I had explained to them it was an emergency situation as the gate had to be opened manually which was unmanageable. the arriving bid was several thousand dollars more than had been quoted verbally and their membership service was outrageously expensive. I also have never had a contractor require that 100% of the project was due and payable before any installation. Personally I dont deal with businesses that even suggest this. I have worked with dozens of companies and this is an anomaly to me. Would not recommend.

  Very responsive- called Tuesday late afternoon and service technician arrived at 10PM. He called 1 hour ahead and arrived on time. Was very professional, efficient, and friendly. Provided quote prior to work and provided systemic fix beyond the single point of failure.
