    Pride Property Inspections did an outstanding job on our new home near ******. **** ******* was easy to reach at all times, and kept us informed throughout the process. His report was extensive and detailed, documented with photographs, annotations, specific observations and recommendations. He highlighted areas of potential concern that required additional investigation or repair and just as importantly, put our minds to rest regarding about things that were in good condition. **** is clearly an expert in his field, a pleasure to work with, and I couldnt recommend him more highly.

    Mark showed up on time (early actually.) He was careful to explain exactly what he could and couldn't do. His inspection was thorough and his report was detailed. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

He communicated promptly, scheduled the inspection quickly, provided information accurately, was thorough with inspections, and issued a completed inspection report on the inspection date.     I had Pride Property Inspections do my very first inspection as a first time home buyer and I could not be more grateful!! They were thorough and explained everything to me.     We are out of state purchasers so couldn't be there for the inspection. **** went through the whole house thoroughly and documented everything. We have excellent pictures and comments of every important detail. After we received the report, which was very prompt, **** walked us through it in detail. He answered all of our questions (no matter what) and provided valuable insights into actions to take in the future. I have been through many home inspections over the years, this one was the best.

    **** and Dom with Pride Property Inspections are the ultimate professionals. They offered a very thorough inspection and were very communicative, trustworthy, and efficient. They answered every question we had and were patient to really make sure we understood all the key components of the home and any items that we might want to address. Super impressed with their follow up post inspection as well. I would highly recommend them to my friends, family and clients if they need a home inspection. They are the best out there!

    Fabulous experience with **** and *** of Pride Propery Inspections! This was by far the most thorough property inspection I have ever received. **** took the time to explain their findings in great detail. He followed up with a very detailed report via email and called me a few days later to check to make sure I fully understood the report and to answer any questions I may have formed since we last spoke. The level of effort and customer service from this company is unmatched. Highly recommend **** and *** to anyone in need of inspections and I will absolutely use them again myself.

    PPI is the best out there. **** provides an abundance of professionalism, patience and knowledge of what makes up a healthy home. We appreciated his thorough report (lots of helpful photos) and explanation about what needs attention. We feel safe knowing he inspected the home we want to buy. And appreciate that he offers support for any follow up questions about the condition of the home later on based on the information provided at the time of the inspection. Wouldnt trust anyone else! Go PPI!

    My wife and I have purchased several older homes and know how a good house inspector can reduce the stress of buying one. Our soon to be next house was built in ****. Although it appears to be well-constructed, we engaged an experienced house inspector. **** and has assistant ******* of PRIDE PROPERTY INSPECTIONS did the most comprehensive inspection weve ever seen. After their initial inspection, they showed us everything that needed attention and answered all our questions. They identified serious defects (a natural gas leak, roof problems, etc.) and many smaller defects that would need attention. Follow-up questions after the inspection were answered quickly. Their report thoroughly documented everything they saw with pictures and descriptions and will provide a great to do list for major and minor repairs. PRIDE PROPERTY INSPECTIONS gave us peace of mind as we moved forward with the purchase of our older new home.
