              We sold our truck and leased a 2024 Honda Accord on 3 Feb 2024. We have had numerous issues and lies from dealership. However, currently still dealing with them not doing their job on time and my temporary tags are expiring midnight tonight. We have asked for intervention numerous times with numerous workers via calls texts and emails. I am unable to drive to work with my duty weapon tomorrow with expired tags.

              I went in to make a deal on a 2016 Tundra on May 30, 2024. I go in and to my surprise the truck has hail damage on top of the vehicle (roof and hood), dry rotten tires cracks on tread etc. We worked out a deal to cover the tires and hood/roof being fixed. I shook hands with the salesman "DJ" saying we have a deal. We then start filling out paperwork.DJ then comes to us and asks about my trade in title and I respond with we aren't using a trade in. I specifically have documented on email that I won't be trading in my vehicle because their offer was too low. DJ then panics and says, Well sir this deal can't happen without it. I asked to speak to the manager who was, *****************. ***** was very unprofessional, no apology, wouldn't hear me out, he did NOT try to save the deal, wouldn't look at the emails proving my side. I wasted time driving there, got off of work early, time negotiating, and absolutely not one single apology, or hey let's figure something out. I Give this place 0 stars for being completely unprofessional and misleading customers.
