Wow, really shocked that a "premium" dealership would treat a customer the way I was just treated. Took my car in for a routine service and told them not to mess with or remove the doors and that we would come back another time and they agreed. I return a few hours later to pickup my vehicle and was blown away to find my doors were removed and put in the back seat without my permission, leaving the door handle hanging and inoperable, as well as trash and items from my car that had been purposefully collected from the back seat and doors and dumped it all on the two front seats and floorboard, almost seemingly as a prank. I had personally cleaned the car before going by and know there was nothing in the front when I dropped it off. I called back and requested to speak with a manager about the absolute psychotic treatment of a customer and was told that I was making stuff up and that "we have pictures of the doors being off before we started working" which is a blatant lie. The audacity and guile of the assistant manager and his workers is absolutely disgusting and a disgrace to fellow mechanics. They should be ashamed of themselves and the awful harassment and lies they throw at customers. Hopefully someday soon they will get a wake up call. I will try reporting with the owners, but I seriously doubt anyone at that store will take responsibility. Just a warning to all potential customers that they will lie to you and gaslight you as a loyal and paying customer, they DO NOT CARE!
