1/11/25: I paid $4500 to secure the purchase of a vehicle. I was told the car would go thru an inspection before the car was delivered. 1/26/25: I was delivered the vehicle. In between paying my cash down and delivery date, I was told the car was being held up for tires. 1/27/25: I drove to work and the check engine light came on when I started the car to go on my lunch break. I notified the dealer. That evening I inspected the vehicle. I noticed the front passenger-side wheel well lining was missing. There was noticeable rust on the suspension. The missing lining exposed the battery and fuse box to debri and water. Which made me suspect the integrity of the electrical system. The driver side headlight was out. And the rear middle tail light wasn't coming on when the brake was engaged. 1/28/25: I returned the vehicle to the dealer and notified them of my discrepancies. The manager told me that the passenger side headlight was replaced. This confirmed that there was obviously some known electrical issues that were concealed during the transfer of the vehicle. After all this I would just like to walk away with my original trade-in. The lack of integrity of the dealership isn't worth financing the advertised vehicle.

Mr. Faulkner visited the store yesterday and shared the issues he was experiencing with his recently purchased Camaro. After listening to his concerns, we determined that the best course of action for both him and us was to unwind the deal, which has now been completed.

I just got off the phone with Navy Federal Credit Union and they haven't received payment. And the loan is currently accruing interest.

On November 11, 2024, and very excited because I could finally buy my first car from a dealer, the car that I liked I found it on the Audi Tucson website in the amount of $23,000 and for some reason that I did not understand I ended up paying $29,919.95 dollars. Luis Flores was the salesman assigned to us, I left the agency after almost 5 hours of process. The dealer agent handed me the keys to my car with a 30-day permit that expired on December 26, 2024. Luis mentioned that my plates would arrive by mail to my house in 20 to 30 days before the expiration date on that permit. I was planning to spend New Year's with my family in Mexico and leave Tucson very early on the 31st. My plates never arrived, and on December 23rd I had to go to the DMV to ask why I hadn't received my plates. The agent told me that the car title was not transferred in to my name nor to the name of the bank that helped me finance it. I immediately drove to Adi Tucson to ask them what was happening and they told me that the mistake was theirs but "That they had already fixed it." They gave me a second permit for 30 more days and sadly I had to cancel my trip to Mexico because I was warned that the Mexican broker agents might not let me cross the border with a "paper" permit. To this day I have not received my plates, and my second permit will expire on January 26, 2025. Last Tuesday, January 21, 2025, I returned to the DMV and they again told me that THERE IS NO TITLE IN MY NAME OR MY BANK! I contacted my bank and they have not received any response from Audi Tucson either. The manager Emilio Guevara (AUDI) told me last Tuesday "do not to worry" that they will provide me a third 30 days permit, and now I just want someone to give me an explanation of what is happening, because I am paying for a car on time and I don't even know if that process was fully legally.

From time to time, we encounter title related issues that require corrections before we can transfer ownership to new buyers. Unfortunately, these situations can take longer than expected to resolve.
In this particular case, we experienced delays while obtaining a statement of error from a third party to properly correct the title. This process was finally completed on January 22,2025. The car is now registered, and the title has been corrected. Throughout this process, the lending institution has been kept informed, and they are aware that the line has been secured in their name.

Regarding the selling price of the vehicle, it was sold for $22777.00, as indicated on the purchase order, with Taxes, documentation fee, registration, and other options brought the total to $29,914.95.
If further clarification or documentation is required, please feel free to reach out.
