False advertisement. They keep advertising vehicles (toyota tacoma's specifically) that say they just sold when I go to buy one. They say they will notify me when a vehicle comes in that meets my requirements then one comes in and they don't contact me before selling to someone else. If they are pre-selling them then putting them on website as available, this IS false advertisement.Business response

Hi ******,
If you go to Pretoy.com you can see all the Tacoma's that we have on the lot, or vehicles are on their way to the dealer. At this time there is a shortage of vehicles do to a chip shortage. If you find a vehicle you'd like to purchase you can click on it to start the purchase process. There are times that a vehicle may already be sold and the computer hasn't updated yet. There is no false advertisement. We do have many vehicles that are selling before they make it to the dealer. If you have any other questions you can reach me directly at 520-665-3746. ***** ***** Guest Relations Director Precision Toyota of Tucson ***************** 520-795-5565

Advertising vehicles for sale that are indeed not for sale because you have already sold them is in fact false advertisement. You are putting vehicles for sale on your website that you know are already sold. This IS false advertisement. If you reference and particular stock number and / or VIN number as being readily available for purchase, with a purchase price this MEANS it IS available for purchase. When you know its NOT available for purchase when it first goes on to your website, this IS false advertisement. If you disagree then answer this; what day / time was VIN ***************** sold? What day / time was VIN ***************** posted on your website as being available for purchase?

Hi ******, We've offered to help you with a truck, we've offered to look at other vehicles with you, we've offered a incoming truck. There were many emails that were sent from our sales department to you that went unopened or not responded to. The truck you were looking at had a deposit on and was then sold to that customer.

In Feb 2021 I took my 2007 toyota tundra in for timing belt. After speaking with the advisor, decided to do the Timing belt, water pump, and a wheel stud. After the vehicle was in the advisor spoke with me about a possible wheel bearing problem cause of a noise they heard on test drive and fluids flush cause of the age of the vehicle. I declined this services. Picked up vehicle and paid my $1700 bill, when doing so the cashier handed me the recept and the recommendation the advisor had discussed with me. Said thank you and put it in my glove compartment. Few moths later started hearing a sqeeking that turned into grinding and just thought it was the wheel bearing they warned me about. When I hired a company to come out to replace the wheel bearing cause of the bad grinding, I found out that a bolt was missing from the caliber that they had removed to replace the wheel stud. I tried to have the bolt replaced then found out that the caliper was striped out and bolt couldn't be replaced.Business response

Dealer has attached repair order from last service. I did call this guest a few moments ago. I got his voicemail and couldn't leave a message due to the mailbox being full. CRM at dealership would like to speak with this guest if possible. My direct line is ************.Customer response

I did not decline that service. I was never told that a bolt was stepped and not able to be put back in. I attached an e mail of what was sent over with me by your service advisor for approval. I spoke with him over the phone about the items on the email then he said my vehicle would be ready to be picked up that afternoon. When I picked up the vehicle I only spoke with the cashier that I paid and she handed me the recept and nothing else was said about the vehicle. It doesn't make any sense that I would pay $1700 on preventative maintenance to decline one that holds my BRAKE CALIPER down.I wasn't upset when I called to discuss the matter with a manager. I thought it was a honest mistake by a mechanic not tightening a bolt and was shocked to hear that it was striped out and not installed at all and was able to drive away in a unsafe vehicle that I drive my children in. Me driving my children in a unsafe vehicle is the most upsetting thing to me. On top of that new information the manager I spoke with was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I took it to the dealership vs a small cheaper shop for peace of mind and ended up putting my family in danger. My personal number is ************ if anyone from the dealership wants to discuss the matter with me. I would hate for this situation to happen to someone else.Thank you,Jonathan Reddoch************Business response
