    I have purchased a bottle of Cupids cologne on December 7 2023, stating the order would be shipped out within 7 business days of the purchase date, my card was charged $ 65.11 and as of this date of December 30 2023 I have still not received the product, nor have they responded to any of the emails sent. I have left a negative review at Trustpilot, stating that this company by the Name of Cupid Fragrances is running a scam operation based out of State of Arizona and many complaints have already been filed via internet with similar complaints that people who have ordered have not received their product nor company is responding to any emails... My order # ******, I would like for AG in the State of Arizona to open an investigation into this company based out of Tucson for scam advertising and falsely charging people and claiming products are been shipped ! Based on a tracking number this product keeps showing in transit US, Los Angeles Distribution Center and it's been there for a very very long time with same bogus information...

    I am replying back to the complaint filed, as after many complaints against the company located in Tucson by the name of Cupid Fragrances has finally replied and resent the product out and I have received it on Saturday the 13th of January.

    So I ordered the product on Dec 4th / and too this day still have not received my Product. I have emailed company numerous times about a refund and No one Correspondence back at all. They took my money and Ran with it . All I want at this point is my money back for a product that obviously is not ever going to be shipped to me. Thank you

    Ordered from them on 12/20/2023 138 p.m. received confirmation email received tracking number tracking number does not work I attempted to contact them through customer service have not received any emails nor any attempt to contact me would like my product.

    Purchased: Dec 2nd 2023 Paid: $132.29 Promised: $95.96 They had a buy 2 colognes get one free deal, they charged me full price for them and charged me $132.29, after weeks of emailing them constantly they said they would refund the difference of those two amounts to my card. I haven’t received the difference of the paid and promised amount and I haven’t heard from them in days! $36.33 needs to be sent back to my card

    I purchased cupids hypnosis perfume on 11 5 23 through numerous attempts at getting a refund I never received my order and communication is getting hard to engage I've reached out to customer support multiple times to get a runaround there not responding to my attempts at a resolution please can you help

    I wanted some of this Cologne. On the web site it had a promotion for buy 2 get one free. The price for the 2 purchased was 39.95 each. When I got charged on my card it was $119. Which is not buy 2 get one free at $39.95 times 2. They won't answer emails requesting customer service to help. One the website it says 24/7 customer support. But I have sent 6 or more emails with no response in the last 2 weeks.

    So I ordered a three bottle set on 4 December. They sent me an email saying it was shipped on 5 December and I still have not received. My order they have my address I have made several attempts to contact them through email and even on their Facebook page and through Facebook messenger and I have yet to receive one reply, as a matter of fact they deleted my attempts on Facebook, I ordered them as Christmas presents for my family and this is how I am getting treated I either want what I ordered sent to me or my credit card refunded

    I ordered a bottle of Cupids Hypnosis cologne on November 14th and was emailed that it was delivered on December 6th. I did not receive my order and left (2) complaints with their online helpline. I have not received any response and the website says they will respond within (24) hours. There is no customer hotline to contact anyone. My local post office doesn’t recognize the tracking number and I cannot find out who actually delivered my order. The tracking emails do not disclose that information.
