      I went to Peter piper with my daughter and her friend. I paid for a pizza, breadsticks, game card, and two icees. The total was 46.11. There were hundreds of people there it was a school event and still open to the public. I waited and hour for the food my daughter went to check and was told that someone had taken it and they would remake it. I went up 30 mins later at this time an hour and a half had passed. I waited in line and requested a refund. I was given a receipt for this refund that says void on it and was for $74 and some change. I thought this amount looked weird so I checked my account and noticed not only was I charged 46.11 but also charged an additional charge of 59.58 at the time of the refund. I went up to the front again and told them about the 3 different amounts not matching and that they both show coming out of my account and I was told to give it time to fall off. I have now waited and the charges have posted to my account my bank says they are not credits or refunds and will not fall off. I am calling the store and they say there is nothing they can do they have to reach out to corporate. I am extremely frustrated and a single parent and am now being charged over $100. I need help.

      We placed a order to go and paid. Got our receipt and was told after 20 minutes that the card didn't go through when in fact it did. Today now the next day. The charge is on my card cleared. We canceled our order after the cashier wanted us to pay again. And said there was nothing to cancel because it wasn't paid.

      Poor service , manager would not even take a minute to resolve problem poor leader quality no wonder all employees specially the little Tom boy with light eyes Peter piper silverbell rd & speedway

      I ordered pizza through ******** it was submitted for the wrong address so I tried switching it with ******** they couldn't so I called the store and the manager ********* said nothing she can do contact ********. I said I might have to dispute it with bank. I contacted ******** back and was able to switch the address to another location which was my husband's job. I drove 30min to find out the manager ********* took it upon herself to cancel and not make my order but had the dasher mark it as complete. Now I am out my money and order as well as my time waisted and gas. The manager at Peter piper was very rude and unprofessional and should never have canceled an order she wasn't advised to by myself or ********. And because of how your manager handled this ******** won't refund me as it shows completed even though the food was never even made

      I leave in the west of Tucson and my closest Peter Piper Pizza is the one on ***** *** ********** with address of 1380 N. Silverbell Rd. Tucson Az. 85745, however their food menu includes pizza crusts choices and I like the ULTRA THIN CRUST which is part of their menu but they never have it available it does not matter what time of the day you call to place an order for pick up, I have had talked to a supervisor and has told me that they only make just a few but they open at 11 AM and I have called 2 hours after they open and still don't have it , this is an issue that I had already discussed with different supervisors in charge, many times they had given me a regular crust pizza which it is not what I had ordered, For health issues I can not eat a lot of flower that is why I like the ULTRA THIN CRUST (which is part of their menu).

      On December 30 2022 I had a couple of issues regarding the online delivery as two of my orders never arrived and after contacting the delivery service provider and the restaurant itself I was told I was going to received a refund on both of the orders and I have yet to receive that refund today January 9 and the restaurant has also not contacted me about it

      I have been reaching out to ppp for over 6 months about issues I've been having with my gift cards, rude people and the poor quality food I received which I have proof of. Every time I email the first one goes through and then it starts telling me the server blocked me and I cannot send emails. I then reached out to a different email and was asked to show proof of my concerns so I did and they decided not to email me back. If it wasn't for my son wanting to eat ppp after his football games I would have stopped going. I need my concerns to be addressed as I have not gotten what I was owed on my gift cards and my food was wrong on multiple occasions along with rude customer service.

      I went to the arrowhead location on bell rd and 75th avenue and Phoenix which has stolen my money. I sent an email to their feedback email address and never received a response. I guess you’re just okay with your customers being treated like crap, never getting my food and being refused a refund with the rudest manager possible who almost had me in tears!! Disgusting and I’ve been going to PPP since I was born! What a shame. You can refer to the email I sent you which was never responded to
