03/29/2022. I went here with my family Tuesday night for dinner. I bought 2 large pizzas, desserts and drinks. Then my kids wanted to go play in their arcade. Their machines do not work. I had to exchange my money for tokens and I lost majority of it to machines that do not work they do not have signs that they are out of order. The food items they sell are completely over priced for the size they give. Their business is not clean and they do not disinfect.Initial Complaint

I had an issue with an order I placed online at a local PPP restaurant on 11/22/2021. I send an email to [email protected] on 11/30/2021 just like their website states to file a complaint. I have yet to hear back from them. I have also not received a refund for my order that was placed 21 days ago. This is beyond unacceptable. I need the refund for my cancelled order. I also need someone to respond to my complaint email send 11/30/2021. Now I am not surprised why I had such a terrible experience, company doesnt care about its customers.Initial Complaint

On 10/09/21, I went to a Peter Piper location off of Ray in Phoenix,Az. I put a deposit on that day and expressed that the birthday child has an autoimmune disease and is immunocompromised. We asked for a spot in the location that would be easy to reserve for a party, as my older sister had one in that location the previous week and let me know that I could request that portion. All managers on location denied my request, I then offered more money. One manager said that it was for their walk in customers to dine. I took it for what it is. On the party day, 10/10 I showed up and behold, my sons birthday stuff was found no where. The GM of the location claimed they lost his paper, but remembers me putting a deposit to pay for the party. However, before us, she took a party that didn’t reserve. I cannot express my disappointment that this company is unwilling to accommodate an immunocompromised child, so he could enjoy some pizza.
