      I had quality drain service come out to my house to service a clogged up sink drain. They were sent out by choice home warranty. When I arrived home I observed that the clog was taken care of and I was very grateful and appreciative of the service. However, I did discover that my garbage disposal was now leaking profusely. I kindly reached out to them and explained to them that I understand that things happen during repairs and that I'm not trying to get over on anybody but bottom line is that my garbage disposal is now leaking after they serviced my sink. I did not get any reply to email or any attempt from them to do good business and make things right, I was just ignored. We then called choice home warranty and they sent out a technician and of course the technician said it was not their problem because they did not service the garbage disposal. I then had to put in a separate claim with choice home warranty, get charged another $65 and have them send out a different provider to take care of the leaking garbage disposal. I worked in home remodeling for many years and I understand that things happen, I am not the type of person to try to get over on anybody but I'm also not the type of person to get pushed around either. I just want them to do the right thing and either fix my garbage disposal or reimburse me for the money it's going to cost to get it repaired. Thank you for your time.

      On 8/15/22 in the afternoon 88 Drain (AKA Quality Drain Service) came to my place of business the Cat Hospital of Tucson to unclogged a sink, they had previously worked on but ended up backing up again. The first time the service was good and the staff performing the service cleaned up after himself. on 8/15/22 they left grease streaks from their snakes (either tracking it on the bottom of their shoes or from the snake itself) down my practice hallway and out into the waiting room. I called that same day about one hour after they left and informed the owner Hugh. He said he would send them back to clean up the mess but it might not be until the morning. I told him not to worry I would have my staff mop it. However, it did not come up with mopping. So I called 88 Drain back and informed them and asked them to come back out to clean it. Hugh implied from my first complaint that I was lying and it wasn't his guys (even before viewing the floors), he sent his guys out who said, "nope, that wasn't us" and promptly left. When I called Hugh he continued to try as say I was trying to get his guys to scrub his floor and it wasn't there mess. I asked him to come to the clinic and look at all the floors. He refused and said he would review the pictures his guys took. It is clearly grease scuff marks. I am now hiring someone to come in and scrub the floors overnight to get them clean for $120. I cannot wait for Hugh to decide what he wants to do as he told me to have patience while he "investigates". The floors are in unacceptable condition for having clients come in and out. I would like 88 Drain to reimburse me for these cleaning costs. I do have pictures but they are not uploading to your system. I also have multiple staff who were working and can verify floors were clean before plumbers came and marked up afterwards.
