5 starsWe hired Omni Pools out of three contractors we interviewed to complete our backyard design Omni did a great job, the contractors they used were all professional, conscientious and experienced . We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend them. Our construction took about four months which was longer than originally projected. However, this was due to the time of year being December and over the holidays, and also some changes that we made along the way and and an added issue with a stand alone hot tub that had to be maneuvered in at the right time and installed, which was not part of the contract. In all, were very satisfied with our beautiful backyard and appreciate very much Omni Pools communication, dedication and follow through. ****** and **** kept us up-to-date and did a great job throughout the process. 5 starsI rarely write reviews, but Omni Pool Builders and Design has gone above and beyond my expectations. I had my pool renovated last month. They removed/replaced my old plaster, upgraded my in-floor cleaning system, and replaced the tile in my spa. From the start of my project, *** ****** (project manager) was onsite. His knowledge and years of experience were comforting. He was a pleasure to work with. They addressed every concern and fixed every issue. The project was completed on time and on budget. The office staff, ******** and *******, were also fantastic. This is a professional organization from top to bottom. I can't recommend them enough.Review fromTammera L

5 starsI would like to highly recommend Omni Builders and Design for your next pool design or renovation. Their great work and the fantastic experience that we had with them in designing and completing our renovation of our pool was top notch! They were organized, professional, and friendly! Every step of the plan was calculated and documented with pictures, texts, and emails. Easy communication and payments were made through their app and left no room for questions. 5 starsOmni Pool Builders and Design is truly outstanding! Our project took only 30 business days from ground breaking to final clean-up and start-up. The entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. As new pool owners, we were fully educated in how to manage our equipment that will ensure a lifetime of enjoyment of our pool. Thanks to Michael, Jon, Alyssa, Aaron, and the entire Omni team for a great experience. Pool build was a seamless process. Fantastic communication from all team members, great app for daily updates. Design team ***, and PM ***** were always available for questions. ****** provided customer education at start up, knowledgeable and responsive to questions. Pool was completed ahead of schedule and exactly what we wanted. Great team to work with!

5 stars********************** warranty work nothing short of great. Workers were amazing. Office staff amazing. So responsive to any questions and concerns. They do not leave you high and dry after installation and even after equipment warranties expire. They will help you in the best way possible. I strongly recommend Omni. 5 starsBuilding a pool in mid-2024 is an expensive endeavor and has some risks for the average homeowner. It requires a builder that has both the technical and management skills, but also excellent employees and subcontractors. The builder is as only as good as the weakest link in the total delivery chain.We selected Omni pools after doing an evaluation of all of the pool builders in our region. I rated them based on years in business, public reviews and BBB comments and standing. We received two proposals from three selected contractors. One of the contractors was not interested in quoting. After a head-to-head evaluation and talking with each contractor we decided that **** was the superior choice, and provided the best value. Our experience with **** has proven the right selection was made.Pre-contract their designer understood what we wanted and improved our draft design in ways we did not consider. His explained how **** works and its organization including the role of the Project Manager who was our point of contact. We spoke with the *** or saw him almost daily. He did a great job keeping up us to date and listened to our concerns. Omni also uses a computer-based tool that tracked building schedule, daily progress, messaging, and finance. It turned out to be a great communication and documentation tool between ourselves and the entire Omni team. The system documented daily progress with pictures and communication about the build. Our pool is beautiful. The excavation started on June 3 and we were swimming on July 13. What makes Omni the best builder in my area is that they hire and motivate the best people and suppliers. Neighbors who want pools have seen the Omnis product in our backyard and will be reaching out to see what Omni can do for them.Review fromMonica C

5 starsOmni Pool's *************************** was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and personable. He quickly responded to my questions and concerns. I was looking to renovate a swimming pool that had been empty for 25 years. Another company said the pool would have to be completely removed and a new pool put in its place. However, ******* looked at it carefully and said that wasn't necessary. His quote was for $50,000 less than the quote of the other company. A significant difference!******* describes himself as a consultant, not a salesman. Many other salespeople say the same. But in his case it was accurate. 5 starsOmni Pool ******************************** did an amazing job on renovating our pool. We had them replaster our pool, put in new tile and redo the deck. They just finished last month ahead of schedule.******************* was the project manager and was wonderful from the very first call. *** and all the workers that came out were very professional and friendly. *** visited after every workday to insure it was done correctly.
