Stewart Pools was fantastic to work with from start to finish! **** came over and showed me the plaster options and we selected the quartz. The guys who did the work were quick and also did a great job. They even added some pretty accent tiles on the steps!Highly recommend this business for your pool remodeling projects!!

5 starsThe workers were courteous and professional. Everything was done efficiently and cleaned up as they left. They plastered in white with quartz chips and it looks great. 5 starsThe work done by Stewart's was exemplary! I had a complete pool refurbishment: drain, chip out, leaks repaired, new tiles, pebble plastering, and acid wash. 5 starsWe decided to dig out a filled in pool in our backyard and bring it back to life. ***** and his crew made it happen when so many people told us along the way that it wasn't possible. It was a major project including chipping out the old plaster, repairing the bond beam, repairing the gunite, new tiles, new coping, all new plumbing, electrical and new plaster. It looks brand new and we couldn't be happier. You won't find anyone cheaper, more enthusiastic and on the ball than Stewart Pool Plastering! Highly, highly recommend!Review fromMichael M.

2012 i contracted this company to replaster my pool. I placed trust in their professionalism to perform this task. Upon reviews of their workmanship, i began to have my doubts. Upon the completion of the project, I was verbally advised that in two years i would have to drain the pool for " sanding " . 2014, i began to experience cleaning issues, which necessitated draining the pool to investigate, I found the entire floor of my pool with numerous high and low spots and realized the reason why my pool cleaner was not cleaning the pool. I spent 8 consecutive weekends to fix this issue. Aug 2021, difficulty in pool cleaning, i just could not resolve the growing allege issue. I drained the pool again to investigate and perform a major cleaning of the pool. During this process I uncovered more problems. The side walls were overwhelmed with numerous high and low spots. I preformed more sanding to resolve these issues, only to uncover a massive amount of hallow floor spots. I have had recent pool inspection to address this uncovered issue, only to find out that due to the poor workmanship of this company, where by they failed in the preparation process and in fact applied a " bond coat " on top of the old plaster, the only chipping they performed was under the tiles. Yes i have reviewed their posted video and to me, that was not what they did to my pool. They left a noticeable ridge under the titles, and numerous high/low spots on the walls I have been advised that the pool can not be repaired in this current state, and that a major renovation will be required. Requiring a major " chip out " down to the original concrete.to completely resolve this issue. No i did take time off from work to observe the company's work force, i totally relied upon their integrity and professionalism to do the job right.I am totally upset about this and being retired, i must now explore ways to finance the required renovation. I do not recommend this company,Stewart Pool Plastering, Inc.

We are sorry for you experience with our service and disappointed that you did not contact our company in 2014 (still in warranty) . Even though you were well passed your warranty period in 2021 it would have been advisable to contact us. The process performed would have been explained to you in writing. Without you letting us know you had a problem in 2014 and the fact you waited almost a decade to provide this review seems unreasonable to not let us know anything or have an opportunity to resolve any issues.
