I have lived at several different properties in ******, and ** 1st Realty has been much more pleasureable to work with than my previous management company. They seem to really want to help when I go into the office and take the time to explain things so they make since. It is unfortunate that the people in the office don't get more positive recognition for all the work they do to help their residents.AZ 1st Realty Management, LLC

Honestly would consider them slum lords. Absolutely horrible and not the first time we have had issues. I did a walkthrough of a similar unit and was expecting to get what we saw. Not at all was the unit we were supposed to live in what I saw. We couldn't even get into the fridge is was so close to the wall in the kitchen and they wouldn't do anything about it. Living room window was just plexi glass screwed into the frame and there wasn't even a thermostat! Apartment was not liveable and we aren't able to get our application fee back which was 150$ wasted. Communication is extremely poor we can never get ahold of them. Please avoid az first at all costs if you value yourself!AZ 1st Realty Management, LLC

1 starAZ lst reality management is by far the absolute worst Management company I have ever came across. I would actually consider them slum lords.They fail to address any issues. Someone I know lives in one of their properties. He had been having issues since he moved in. They made a ton of promises when he moved in and they took care of nothing. He has had many leaks in the ceiling, probably because of a leaky roof. During monsoon season he ceiling was leaking so bad the water came through the light fixture in the kitchen. He called and left many messages. Finally someone called and had a restoration company come in to dry everything off, but no one has ever followed up and fixed the hole in the ceiling. His ceiling also has many other leaks that AZ *** refused to even acknowledged. His plumbing underneath his kitchen started leaking about 5 months ago and so far no one has contacted him about the repair, or what he lost from water damage under the sink. He is mostly worried about mold poisoning for him and his cat. Again total slum lords. Run away if you are thinking about renting a building the AZ lst Reality Management ******* friend has been dealing with you for months. I'm actually am surprised you have no idea about these issues. From reading other reviews I knew you were not going to respond to me. I really just wanted everyone to know what a horrible slum lord your company is.He is now trying to give them his 30 notice, the company is not answering their phone and the email address they gave him is not correct. ******************* August 12, 2024 To Whom It May ********* am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from one of your employees, *****************************. I am considering becoming a tenant at AZ 1st Realty Management, but my recent interaction with ***************************** has made me very apprehensive. I spoke with ****************************** over the telephone and was inquiring about various properties that I was interested in. During our conversation, ***************************** was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unsympathetic to my situation. She interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain my circumstances. Her tone was unprofessional, and she made it clear that she had no interest in assisting me or understanding the challenges I am currently facing.I am going through a difficult time financially, and I was hoping to receive some level of understanding or assistance from your company. Unfortunately, ******************************* behavior only added to my stress and frustration, leaving me feeling unsupported and disrespected.As someone considering becoming a tenant, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, because I was nothing but patient and respectful towards her even after she wasnt towards me. I believe that ******************************** conduct does not align with the standards of customer service that your company should uphold.I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly. I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to ensure that future interactions with your staff are handled in a more professional and empathetic manner. This experience has made me reconsider my decision to rent with AZ 1st Realty Management, and I hope that the situation can be rectified.Thank you for your attention to this matter. This complaint lacks specific details, making it difficult to understand ****************** situation or how ****** was expected to be sympathetic. As a property management company, our primary responsibility is to lease apartments to individuals who are financially able to pay rent. Without more information, its challenging to determine whether Kristys actions were appropriate or not.If **************** can provide more details about his circumstances and explain how ****** was unsympathetic, I can investigate further. For example, if he told ******, I have no job and can't come up with any money to move in, it would be reasonable for her to say she couldnt help him. Similarly, if he said, ** being evicted from my apartment right now and need a new apartment, ****** would likely respond the same way.At this point, Im unsure what specifically **************** considered rude, dismissive, or unsympathetic. 1 starI strongly advise against enlisting AZ 1st Realty Management LLC for managing your investment portfolio. My experience with the corporate team has been profoundly disappointing. They make every effort to evade accountability for their actions, often shifting blame onto others for their shortcomings.The corporate team has shown a shocking lack of respect and competence in their dealings. Their support is not just inadequate; it's almost nonexistent. They cannot manage and support their teams and properties effectively, which is truly disheartening, seeing the impact of their failures firsthand.To all potential investors, residents, and employees: steer clear of AZ 1st Realty Management LLC. Their name should be a red flag. The disregard they show for both their properties and the people associated with them is alarming. 4 starsI just moved into one of the properties, so far so good. There are landscape and maintenance workers here weekly to tend to *****************. And they respond quickly to any maintenance calls. I'm still adapting to sounds from neighbors throughout the night. I'd given 5 stars, but I'm crossing my fingers on the ***** problem that still needs to be addressed as it is a health and safety issue. And keeping my attorney on speed dial for any unforseen craziness based off these other reviews here.Review fromShannon M

1 starHorrible company!!!! No compassion or people skills at all. The communication is shot. The 3 uncomfortable years I've lived here there has been 9 managers that have worked on the property. I have been harrased, bullied, violated by The manager. She has entered my home without warning or notice and took pictures. They were to fix things for city code purposes. They never finished. She has tried to charge me for my emotional support pets. She has also changed my rent without notice and is trying to charge me for months in the past. I've paid on their portal. She looks like a meth addict and is extremely disrespectful and rude. She also is never here and when she is she has her kid with her. So unprofessional.Review fromCandice F

*******, You moved in in 2018 and lived at our property for almost four years, how bad could we have been? We issued you a non renewal and asked that you vacate the apartment on 9/30/2022. You did not contact us or turn in your keys meaning you were in possesion of the apartment. By law we can not just change locks without contact from the resident. We did contact you on 10/12/2022 at which time you informed us you ad vacted prior to 10/1/2022, however we do have to charge you for the 12 days in October you had possesion. I suppose we are rude because we did not give you what you wated? I am unsure. Be aware we do record all calls and I found our behavior firm but not rude.
