If I could give you guys a zero I would. Nothing in the contract was Upheld and now I am stuck with a full electric bill and paying for solar panels, which the solar panels do not work. There is no customer satisfaction. I had another ********************** company come to my house and they cant even add solar panels to equal the amount energy coming from my house. When the solar panels were installed, they knew that it was never gonna cover yet they still went into my metal roof installed the solar panels. Insulation was never installed in my attic, which was promised, which would help with the efficiency of the house being cold. The owner never returnsphone calls or emails. I was told my electric bill if I had one would be paid never have I received any money in regards tomy electric bill that I continue to get every month. Absolutely the worst service and would never ever ever recommend this company to anybody due to the lack of Service and empty promises that this company tries to give so they can get a sale.

Sunbright Solar The purchase process:We purchased solar from Sunbright Solar. *** is a no non-sense sales rep. ** is respectful to his clients. ** gives intelligent answers. ** doesnt sugar coat anything. ** gives the best sales service that a person can get in any industry.During the process, *** gave us a monthly phone call to find out if we are still interested. ** would say something like, Hi, where are you at in the process? Is everything good? Then he would inform us about lender rate changes (usually higher) and/or upcoming product improvements. Given the latter, he would recommend we continued to hold off a couple weeks. I never felt bothered or hustled by ***.*** is informative, respectful, and keeps you in the loop.Post purchase agreement:**re is where *** really started to shine.No big project comes without hiccups. Ours was with communication and poor performance with the lender for our bridge loan. *** got on the horn with them, he handheld us and the bank through the process. ** earned a lot of respect from us for the service.Installation:*** knows how to handle his customers needs. Installation came, and we werent happy with the street view of our panels. They were placed too high. No problem, he had an employee come out within a couple days to make us happy. I got on the roof and looked around. The installation was clean.Warranty:So, we cant get a break here. Apparently, diodes on a solar panel go out at a rate of less than a panel per million. We got one. The panel company gave us some run around about getting the new panel.*** is on it. ** spends some of his time to check on us. ** tried to come out on his off day to get some readings. The faulty panel was replaced with a new one. *** continues to go above and beyond.Sunbright was there to help us see it through some thick. Sunbright Solar is the real deal. *********************** really made our solar experience great!?? If you are looking into solar, Id give ********************** a call.Review from Jake W
