      An inverter for my solar setup failed in May of this year. Contacted the company on May 16. The company sent a serviceman week later to inspect the inverter and determined it needed replacing. The company made a appointment to replace it 2 weeks later but was a no show. The company made another appointment 2 weeks after that and was another no show. 3 weeks later the company made a 3rd appointment and arrived with the wrong equipment. The company made 1 more appointment for 21 Aug that was another no show. Since that contact, I have not been able to speak to anyone from the company. I call and it goes to voicemail and they never return my calls.       I purchased a home in May 2024 with an existing solar system installed by Solar Solutions AZ. During a pre-purchase home inspection in April 2024, one solar panel was deemed to not be operating as designed and needed to be replaced under the existing system warranty. This solar system is still under warranty, and will be for a number of years. I contacted Solar Solutions on May 21, 2024, to discuss this issue and provided the April 2024 solar inspection report detailing the system operations and faulty panel. On May 23, 2024, I paid $225 to Solar Solutions for an inspection of panel and verification of panel identification for warranty replacement. I was informed that the faulty panel would be replaced under the warranty. I have contacted Solar Solutions (Mr. Eddie Martinez) via phone and/or e-mail multiple times including: - May 31, 2024 - June 14, 2024 - July 1, 2024 - August 26, 2024 - September 17, 2024, and - September 26, 2024 On some occasions I had to leave messages and for the couple of times when I was successful in making contact the response from Mr. Martinez was that a new panel would be installed, and I would be contacted when the installation was complete. On August 26, during a conversation with Mr. Martinez, he stated that the manufacturer of the panel would not honor the warranty but did not or could not provide any reason why the warranty would not be honored. During that conversation, Mr. Martinez clearly stated that Solutions would honor the warranty and would install a new replacement panel the next day and I would be contacted when the replacement panel was installed and operational. To date, I have not received any response regarding the warranty replacement of the defective panel and to my knowledge this panel has not been replaced. The lack of action and apparent disregard of any customer service on the part of Solar Solutions concerns me that this issue and potentially future issues will remain unresolved.

      Solar Solutions AZ installed 25 solar panels on our house in December of 2015. We noticed in July of 2024 that our electric bill was going up. I contacted the company for support and was working with someone who was diagnose that our inverter was bad. He was able to get an RMA for the inverter from the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent the inverter and it was received on July 30, 2024. Since that time I have not hear anything from the company despite calling, emailing and texting multiple times. I tried calling the owner and it went straight to voicemail which was full. I know that they have the inverter but I can't get anyone to answer how I can get it so another installer can install it.

      Earlier this summer, 3 solar panels came loose and blew off our roof. We called Solar Solution and Kurt came out to retrieve the 3 panels. One of those panels was not damaged, but he took it with him anyway. He said he would order new panels and would have them in about 3 weeks. We have been calling him constantly since then, but he does not return our calls. We have left numerous voicemails at the office number, but no response from anyone there. Now another panel is loose, and we need it tightened down before it comes off the roof. We are selling the house very soon, and those missing panels must be replaced before the new owner takes over in about a week. 1) We need the loose panel tightened down. 2) We need the good panel (which he took) returned to us. 3) We need all 3 missing panels replaced on our roof BEFORE closing on our house in a few days. This is a terrible company. If we don't get results from this complaint, we will definitely follow up with legal options.

      ***** ********* ** *************) installers broke and neglected to fix roofing tiles on installation of panels and neglected telling me about the problems. I had the entire roof redone with New Unbroken tiles before the installers came back to put the panels on. The owner, Sara Watson, has ignored my calls and messages. I have spoken with Richard Osmond, the qualifying party, and was told there were no issues AFTER the roofing company came back, inspected and took pictures of the damage. I have and estimate of repair from JLC Roofing, the Roofing company. Solar Solution ROC : 282700 CR 11. The receptionist, Eddie Martinez, has stated they are planning on closing soon and this needs to be settled. Thank you.

      Roofers did not use all new tiles to replace customers roof. Roof quote is $850 dollars no where near $6000 compensation. Also quote was for areas not dealing with where we went also like the bent vent

      This is a 2 pronged complaint. The first complaint is about the initial install from early 2019 where the company lied and said that our electric costs would be zero and as a result of an incorrectly specced job this was never the case therefore costing us thousands of dollars of overage charges. My current complaint is that the inverter on our solar system stopped working and I only found out about this by seeing my huge electrical bill. They did replace the inverter but refuse to compensate me for their lack of guaranteed monitoring. I've spoken to Eddie Martinez at Solar Solutions and emailed him about the status of this complaint and have heard nothing from the company since August 2nd

      my solar is not working correctly. My electrical bills are over $1100. They’ve doubled from last year. I keep contacting them and get no response.

      I owed 18 solar panels from solar solutions. For 2 months now, I have been charged 2 full amount by Tucson Electric Company because no response from solar solutions. No resolution from the text correspondence. I called multiple times which directed me to use their text system. Never ending loop with no response.

      In May of 2017 Entered into contract with Solar Solutions Az Got a call telling me solar had not been working for several weeks investigated found it been on and off for 2 months. They told me they would replace inverter no cost but had to pay 250 installation argued with them about it and said I only had a 4yr warranty. That warranty is on workmanship. Solar Solutions gave a 25yr warranty on the PV System Definitions below 9.1 At the completion of this project, Contractor shall execute an instrument to Owner warranting the project for 4 years against defects in workmanship and agreeing to provide repair or replacement at no charge, including any associated labor costs. The Manufacturers warranty will prevail. No legal action of any kind relating to the project performance or this contract shall be initiated by either party against the other party after 4 years beyond the completion of the project or cessation of work. “Defective” or “faulty” workmanship is usually defined as a material or design defects, or poor workmanship that can render a structure unsafe or unsuitable for the purpose for which it was intended. These defects will eventually increase damage to a property, usually permanently Workmanship defects are flaws in the building process. It can happen due to minor issues on job sites, related to site conditions or a lack of skill in a particular area. For example, laying a slab for a house that is not level can be a workmanship defect that impacts the rest of the house. 9.2 Solar Solution AZ, LLC Statement of Service will supersede in regards to warranty and service. Solar Solution provides a 25-year guarantee for the PV system, with no cost to the homeowner, except for the 2ft radius around all roof penetrations, specifically Definition of PV SYSTEM A photovoltaic (PV) system is composed of one or more solar panels combined with an inverter and other electrical and mechanical hardware that use energy from the Sun to generate electricity.

      Purchased the solar panel system from this company and added 3 panels in June 2022. Since then they have had to come out here around 10 times because the system never stays operational for more than a month. They refuse to admit the system is faulty and just replace it or refund my money. They keep trying to fix it and they just can't.

      I have heard from this company, but their solution is to come out again and try to fix it next Monday... like they have the previous numerous times.
