DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING AND CALL THE POLICE!!!!!!! THEY WILL NOT send what you owe to a credit agency to affect your credit negatively or send it to collections. I was towed illegally from a lot without proper signage. I paid them their fee and then won my case in small claims court. They are now refusing to pay the money back as I won in Small Claims. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR LIES ABOUT SAYIING THAT IF YOU win in small claims they will give you back your money. This is a lie. We all need to call the police on this company until the city puts them out of business. Also, there is no way to serve this company because all their addresses are fake and the owner listed is also incorrect! I had to get the Judge to see that it was all listed incorrectly on the Arizona Corporation Commission's website so that they could never be served.Initial Complaint

This company is a towing predator this is the 5th time I dealt with this shell company .when you run around late at night and taking cars from people who don't know the law they get away with there cowardly acts of stealing cars .under az law you do not have to pay to retrieve your car unless law enforcement impounded your vehicle on city county or highway roads .a tow truck can attempt to state that they have a contract with management or landlord but you have rights that protects you from this .A and B is known to be rude, ignoring the law and when facts are presented they are yelling at people and making threats.I have no respect and have called the sheriff and mvd enforcement to get cars released you do not have to cave into this mobster mentally by allowing them to make false claims that they will place you in collection and effect your credit which is total bullshit or take you to small claims court . There is no bite to there bark and you can file complaints to the governor office and also have sheriff file a report for threats .Don't be alarmed when they want you off property they will even close and lock the gate to hold your car another day .word of advice call sheriff ahead of time and have them witness and you should have no problem getting your vehicle back .The sad thing about the situation they prey on the elderly and college students who don't know what to do .Initial Complaint

10/2/21 A&B Towing charged me $260 to recover my vehicle which I only found out had been towed after I was able to make a police report for theft and notified my insurance. I found out through my insurance three days later that they had towed my car, meaning I was never notified by the towers and they could keep adding daily charges for having my car. According to AZ law they must notify police within 20min of towing a vehicle so that the owner does not report a theft which they obviously did not due. Also according to the law they cannot charge daily fees on weekends and towing fees cannot exceed $120. Also my car was towed from private property therefore I should have received a warning beforehand. I am very upset and am reporting them so that others do not go through the same troubles with this company and to hopefully get my money back since this was illegal.Initial Complaint

A and B Towing has a history of illegally stealing people's cars in Tucson, and stole my car sometime after 12am on the 25th of September. According to management at the apartment complex ONLY the manager is allowed to call vehicles in to be towed and management informs me that they did not call in a vehicle for towing I was not parked in an illegal area or assigned parking spot yet my car was Stolen by A and B towing who does not answer their phone and their answering machine is full. I called the police and reported it but the police said it's a civil matter and they won't do anything about it so the dispatcher transferred my call to A and B and someone answered. The man who answered claims they only take cars that are called in and claims that someone called it in to have my car towed This "business" should not still be in operation and is failing to support the community by helping people who have car problems and is instead preying on the community and the vulnerable.
