      I buy a car a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid 2016 on Feb 13 the car work for two days and die I call them them pick it up and loan me other car. Is pass 7 months and I sill with no car .they been lien to my all this time trying to fix it but still turning off. A new manager came over a few months ago but still not fix the problem. I want to walk away from this deal the first weeks the I buy it but they just keep me waiting.I pay monthly my payments to the west lake financial bank and my car insurance. Monthly but I still in the same situation. I need help….

      Good morning on Friday at 18 I got a call from the mechanic shope the have the car for a month they told me the car was done and ready to pickup but the Manager Jose never responds. So I whent and pick it up paying the money they own them was $560.00 dlls.  Later I send the receipt to Jose and I let him know I got the car and I want to get pay back . He told me the he will with one condition the I have to erease my review the I send to Yu guys. I say if Yu pay me, I will do that. On Saturday I stop on there Tucson use auto sale,To drop off the loan car but he say he doesn't have my money . Today is Monday.  I don't hear nothing from them yet. They want me to give the loan car back and walk away but I told him I don't trust them so when I get my money back I will give it back . He wasn't happy about but I don't care I wait 7 months for my car so let's see how long now I have to wait....

      Tucson Used Auto Sales, spoke in person with Ms, Herrera at the dealership.  Ms Herrera went to Tucson Hybrid Automotive, to picked up her car 2016 Hyundai Sonata, and took upon her to pay for the bill ..$562.00.  The dealership will pay Ms Herrera back.  Ms Herrera has NOT returned the vehicle loaner  Lexus ,back after several text messeges to do do so, and pick up her moneys.  AS of today 8/23/23 6;30pm, this has NOT happened.  Please be advised, that loaner unit will be reported stolen, from dealership if NOT returned by 8/24/23 10am

      I don’t live in Arizona, but found a used car from this Tucson Used Auto Sales online (an 2003 Jaguar XJR) and worked with a salesperson named ***** ******. ***** FaceTimed me multiple times with the car and gave me many promises that is was in good working order. So I paid for the car all at once, up front for $7500, and they delivered it to me in my state. They explicitly promised they would repair any engine or transmission issues if there were any when I received the car, in text communications (I was a little suspicious, so I asked this in messages before it was delivered). The car was delivered last August, and immediately both I and the delivery driver were unable to start the car to get it off the truck, and the delivery driver admitted that the car was in really bad condition and barely got onto the delivery truck. I immediately told ***** ******, the sales person, about this and he said to have a mechanic look at it and that the dealership would take care of the cost to get the car working. Turns out, the car had a blown engine and it would need to be replaced, which would cost more than I paid for it $7500. When I contacted ***** and asked to go over the mechanic report with him, he notified me he no longer worked at the dealership, and gave me Howard Wongs number (another employee). I talked with Howard for months about either getting the engine fixed or better yet, refunding me and letting me return the car, and Howard admitted to me (I have evidence) that the dealership knew the car had a blown engine when it was sold to me. I even offered to pay for transportation of the car back AND receive a refund less than I paid. They kept dragging out the talks, and still haven’t refunded my money. I’ve been forced to get legal representation, which has cost me a lot more, and am trying one last time to work out a return with them before taking legal action. I have made very generous offers to resolve this. Please refund and settle this.

      On March 24, 2013 we purchased a vehicle at Tucson Used Auto at 3619 ist ave in Tucson Az. We traded in a 2013 chysler 300 and they were to pay off our loan at Vantage West credit Union. It has been 33 days as of today, no contact or payoff has been made to us with a real promise to pay date. We had made several phone calls and they no longer will answer calls from our phone numbers, or return calls when we leave a message. They have lied to us repeadly telling us check was lost , they would pay by friday. and so on. Someone name **** would take care of our problem we were told a week ago. Then on March 24th **** called me telling me that he was hired by an investor that was trying to take down Tucson Used Auto for the wrong doings going on there. He wanted me to write my account number and payoff down screen shot it and sent to a number he was calling me from. I then told him I was not comfortable with that because if they were taking over Tucson Used Auto they should have access to our information. He said my car was part of the deal. All we want is for our loan to be paid off which was in the contract we signed. we want to keep our perfect credit. And we cant speak to anyone ther. So we are at a loss as to what to do next at this point! We feel lot of wrong doings goes on at this place. They said they own 3 lots inTucson Az. .This is in hopes to resolve our problem and keep others from the horrible experience we have had there. Thank You **** and ****** ****

      went in and traded an immaculate car for a truck. I was the only owner. I traded it for a truck from this place. In total I paid CASH not financed 30k for this truck. Since I did not finance the car was sold with a 2wk warranty. I did know that. But I have not even gotten the plate. Not even had the truck for 1mo and the check engine light came on. So I tried to go back and trade it. ***** the sales guy looked right in my face and said, "That's too bad, it's life". I then said fine... Use it as a trade in for another car and he straight said " I had to figure out what was wrong with it before he could make me an offer". WHAT??       been waiting over 90 days for my title so i can register my vehicle, I've tried to contact numerous times with little to no response. they claim it needs title needs to be released from the bank, ive bought and sold numerous vehicles and never been thru this. NOW my temp tag is expired and can't legally drive the vehicle. *** ***** (who claimed to be owner) said he was taking care of it and now no longer replies to my email. When I call the dealership they either hang up on me, don't answer or return my calls. Vehicle was purchased on 8/28 and temp tag they issued expires on 11/27, and usaa has been reaching out also trying to retrieve title. Now leaving me with out a vehicle. At this point I'm not sure what to do, this is completely unprofessional. If they can't produce a title they need to take this vehicle back and refund me.

You are a very rude client to even put a such complaint like this on our business. We clearly explained you that the title has been delayed on our end, but we are expedited the process as quickly as possible for you.

      good afternoon, his response is completely false, to even say i was rude is a joke when literally no one has called me back or even answered the phone, romain (someone from dealership) answered one time when i used a different number and said someone would call me back, that was around 20 November. it went to me contacting AZ title enforcement office due to no response, and judging by their google reviews they are now playing the victim card. I sent screen shot of email, and about 3 hrs after contacting the bbb office i got temp tag, which is again about to expire in a few short days and no title still. their office won't answer the phone,  and as of today have yet to recieve a call back, from anyone. I have bought numerous vehicles from numerous dealerships and never been goat roped like this and given completely lack of response from any of them. The detective that has helped me told me this dealership has had numerous issues and unfortunately bought from the wrong place. In the previous screen shot of email chain the owner still hasn't even called nor sent me any emails updating any title status. 

      BTW arizona uses paperless titles now, so it should of been a very fast process.

       

      If you the BBB need the detective name and info I can pass that along. Also I hired a attorney to help handle this situation, cause I got 0 reason to argue and be rude to someone when I know there are better avenues to take for these situations. 

       

      So for owner to send that response is completely false and the complaint is still NOT resolved as of 22 Dec. Vehicle was purchased almost 120 days ago.

      I sold my vehicle to " Tucson Used Auto Sales " dealership on July, 29th 2022. They agreed to pay off the amount owed on the car loan and have not yet even tried to contact the bank (Ally Bank). I've spoken with the owner of the dealership as well as other workers and they tell me they'll pay it withing that week that I called or the following day but never make the actual payment. Last time I spoke on the phone with the owner, he used cursed words out of anger for me calling in a consistent basis. He said he would send me a screenshot of the bill paid the next day and never received anything. I'm past due on this month's payment and they still haven't done anything about. I don't know exactly what's going on or what I can do but it doesn't only affect me, it also affects my uncle who co-signed for me. They wrote me a check for last months late payment but I'm tired of waiting and risking my uncles and my credit getting hurt over this situation.

      This message which I sent Tucson Used Autos briefly explains the situation up to yesterday: June 28, 2022 This is a message for ***** or owner. As you know, the Avalon which I bought from you is not roadworthy, and I have given you ample time to correct the contracted issues. After the long-delayed repair to the A/C, during which I did not have access to my car for five whole days, the issue affecting the steering remained unattended to. I notified ******** of this on the 25th, was told to come by your office on the 27th, and was told to expect an answer from you midday. After repeated calls to you, I have received no schedule for the needed repairs, and as the tires are threadbare, and it makes no sense to replace them without addressing the underlying suspension problems, the car presents a danger. Therefore, unless I hear within the day a suitable schedule for your address of the problem, now already three weeks after purchase, I will see to the repairs and seek redress through the court. Please contact me without delay. Mr. **** Update June 19 ***** immediately phoned me to tell me the service could be initiated immediately, and within 30 minutes I had delivered my car to him, though I was sick from COVID and even necessarily used public transit to return home; the work was very important. However, I now suspect that TUA merely wanted me to be without my car because they knew they were liable for repairs that under the circumstances I might have someone else conduct at cost to them. Today, two representatives have not returned my text about my car and its location. Despite displaying a semblance to sympathy initially, they engage unscrupulous ploys to deprive me of the service of a roadworthy car nearly a month after a purchase conditioned on that.

      This vehicle was sold at a discounted price with the condition the vehicle is sold as at which the time the customer agreed and signed the contracts. We extended the beyond the contract and have offered to make repairs in good faith. There may be time time issues due to parts orders and service times. Because of the huge discount that was applied to this deal and any dissatisfaction from the customer we are offering a refund for this purchase and return the vehicle back to Tucson Used Auto Sales, minus any paperwork fees.

      While I do not concur with all the statements of the seller, the fact is that they have removed custody of the car from me but have not yet given written commitment to returning the cost of the car to me. I have written to them in other correspondence about this lack of clear commitment. What I want from them now is a reliable statement of return of the cost, and I am willing to accept their decision in principal.

      Bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu 03/21/22 from dealership, started having issues with the vehicle 04/13/22 and still currently having issues (electrical issues not covered under the warranty) dealership told me to bring in the car to their service center finally after trying to get the car repaired at a Meineke car care but since the issue wasn’t able to be fixed nor has the issue been found of what the causes for the vehicle to keep shutting off. But basically what is going on with the vehicle battery drains almost immediately and once it does it will not start back up and a power steering service check light turns on before the car stops working. 04/19/22 Was the first time I brought it to the dealership service center (The car first shut off on me April 13, 2022 at the time I didn’t have coverage to get my car towed or the money to get it towed until the next day which then I got it towed to my house since I wasn’t given a direct answer from the dealership onto where to take my vehicle for repairs because I was not about to come out of pocket when there shouldn’t be any issues with the vehicle to begin with at only having it for three weeks at the time )but nothing was done to fix my vehicle it did start working 4/21/22 but only for the weekend and shut off again 04/25/22 has been with the dealership since and was told that today 04/27/22 my vehicle would be repaired but no further update has been given to me even after calling dealership I was advised that I would receive a call back and have not yet received a call back so it is 6:14 PM and I’m currently on my way to the business since they are not answering my phone calls I’ve called about three times. I am requesting for a new vehicle I’ve waited almost 3 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired and the fact that it broke down before I’ve had it for 30 days is a red flag to me so I’m requesting for my vehicle to be switched out with a different one ASAP because I cannot afford to keep missing out on work

      THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN REPAIRED WITH NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, EBEN THOUGH THE ISSUE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE 15DAY/500 MILE WARRANTY. THE REPAIRES WERE COMPLETED AS OF 1PM ON 4/28/22 AND THE CUSTOMER WAS NOTIFIED

      I purchased a vehicle from this company may or June . In June the vehicle has me on the side of the highway running hot . I paid someone $300 to fix it and get the parts . I had no warranty from the dealership due to out of miles and over a month .I kept having to buy brake lights for the vehicle . The door handle wouldn’t open . The airbag kept going off . Even ended up with a $1k traffic ticket due to the vehicle . 4 months Later the vehicle ran hot again . Which left me and my kids on the interstate for hours until help arrived . I paid a towing company to get the vehicle . Just to find out the vehicle had a blown head gasket . I called the dealership to speak with the sales person I basically got ignored because no one returned my call back . I called 3 times .I feel like they sold me the vehicle as a lemon and did temporary fixes to it until they got it sold and off there lot. I paid $3k down on the raged vehicle . I was scammed . I didn’t have the vehicle a whole 6 months this ye
