            Very upset with this company. I requested a quote with this company for the window protectors of my house. They sent me the quotes by email and even so I wanted to verify if everything was correct and I contacted them again to verify it and they said yes. that everything was correct, I pe said that I accepted the prices. Today, September 22, I went to your establishment and paid the total amount of the bill. They told me that they would send me the installation date by email, which would take approximately one month, after about 20 minutes they spoke to me and told me that they made a mistake with the prices. I am upset with this. What a lack of seriousness of this company, it is not my fault that they do not have good control in what they do. I double-checked the prices they gave me, paid for the work and then they just tell me sorry we made a mistake and we can give you a 10% off. I believe that they should respect the price that they already gave me in the quote and for which I paid. Now they just tell me that they will return my money. NO. THEY MUST. RESPECT THE PRICE THEY GAVE. THAT WAS THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY MUST FULFILL THE CUSTOMER
