I took my car in becouse i needed a new window and tint from my car being broken into and my insurance sent a check to pay for repairs when i took my car i made sure every window was up except the broken back driver door window was down and my car was locked I made sure everything was find and gave them the keys when i left to take my car i noticed my front window was down driver side and was not going up i drove it back into the shop and told them that it was working when i dropped it off and its no longer working they got an attitude and said thats not there problem it wasnt them who broke it that it was already down when i dropped the car off which is not true becouse i made sure my car was locked and everything was up they said even if they broke it they wouldnt repair it the guy got an attitude and started being rude and cussing i asked to see cameras to prove to them windows where up when i left car they didnt show me again he said even if it was up and my worker put it down its not there fault they left my window broken and told me i have money to fix it from my insurance check which thay money was only to fix the back window and get my stearing wheel fixed at kia they kept saying i have money to fix it and didnt wanna fix it i left with my window broken and they didnt care at all Now to get my windo fixed its going to be more then400$ which is sad becouse they broke it and didnt careBusiness Response

Zulayka Luevanos came to our location 2 weeks prior to her appointment to get a quote for only her left rear door glass replacement and tint. She came two weeks after for a appointment for the replacement. The tech drove her vehicle in the bay and her driver front window was rolled down as well the left rear door glass that was getting replace, when we replace the left rear door glass it was working properly, we were only working on that specific door glass, we did not have no need to touch the remaining door glasses. We did inform the customer that we did not perform work on her left front door glass, we only worked on the left rear door glass, we as well did show the customer the camaras, and it show that the vehicle was driving in with the left front door glass down, after showing the camaras the boyfriend got very aggressive and cursing at the staff, we explained exactly what we did and that's exactly we got paid to do.Customer Answer

I asked for footage of the cameras when i left my car parked out side in the front of the store and you kept giving the run around i had everything rolled up and my car locked before i gave the keys to the front lady i even made sure again before i left because i was going to put my insurance away and every window was closed and doors where locked exsept the back rear driver side wich had the broken windshield so i didnt want to go back in to get the keys cus i had to leave .you even said that even if you guys touched it you wouldn't fix it cus you did not break it .you denied the footage to me of my car when i got there at2:00 and where my car is parked in front and only showed me the one where your-worker drives my car in the garage and thats when he already had rolled down the windows to my car when he shouldnt have rolled down the windows to begin with like you said he was only working on back side you only showed me footage of my car inside the garage but you dont show me where my cars parked in front which you have cameras in the front where i parked.
My car is brand new so there no way it broke on its own also you guys left parts of my car in front off and in the back as well where your workers didnt put parts back when i told you about the frokt window and showed you i had already took the pictures for is you guys tried to say it wasnt you guys and of course you guys all cover each ither cus you guys all work togetherparts where off thrown when i got into my car so thats how i know you guys moved it i have pictures

Today May 17th, 2023 at 8:00 a.m my husband and I took my truck to Dwight's Auto Glass & tint. We were quoted a price for tint all around and a windshield replacement. I'd like to start by saying we go to this shop pretty often more than we'd like. But we live in Arizona. We've been coming here for the past 8 years. We've had a few things go wrong but we're human we make mistakes. Those mistakes were taken care of. Today on another note. We are baffled with the quality of work, communication, professionalism ect. I can seriously go on! 1st we delt with Alex in the morning for drop off (we've delt with him before). We get a called 6 hours in a half later that my truck is ready. We get to the shop to notice sloopy work on our tint and not o ly that. It was the wrong tint on our back windshield. We asked for limo tint in the back 3 windows. And Alex asked the worker who tinted our truck what tint was installed in the back windshield. He came back to say it was 20%. They were about to replace it when they come back and say "oh you know what, it is limo tint". Which clearly its not. The new lady in the front proceeds to say that we got what we asked for because she seen it being done! At this point no one knows anything. The shavings from the old tint that was removed is still in the back of my truck behind the seat. The lady also proceeds to say that the shop needs work from other complaints that's the reason she was moved to this location! I don't see how she will help with the complaints. If anything she'll make it worse. Dwight Jr is the one taking over the shop. But that's not our problem. We just wanted what we asked for.Business Response

Called the window company to get an estimate for windshield repair on my car. Got the new windshield installed and noticed air coming through the window. Return to get a warranty check and they said it’s good. Went through the automatic car wash and water is coming in through the windshield. Called back and the manager gave me the owner on the phone. Told the owner about the situation he told me he had his best technician on it that it’s good to go I let him know that it’s still leaking. I also told him that I saw a young kid working on my car instead of his experience Tech. The owner told me that’s none of my business and was very rude and got a little bit upset over the phone when I was trying to explain myself and the situation. Now it is monsoons and Tucson and the car windshield leaks into my speakers on my door and all over my floor. My car has 90k and is in great shape. I would always use the automatic car wash and never water rushed in like that until I got my windshield done at the shop. I will need the Better Business Bureau to help me with this matter since this gentleman owns multiple businesses he knows how to communicate and get away with stuff and I’m just not that guy I’m very angry about how he treated me and my insurance company is requesting for me to take my car back for him to fix. I’m not sure that would be a great solution so I wanted to reach out and see what would be my best course of action or maybe get his attention to not be mean to paying customersBusiness Response

We have reached out to customer customer has not responded we also don't have a record of this customer at this store we also have 3 other locations it could possibly be one of our other stores we all keep record of ever customer im not showing and jobs that we did for this customer we left him a msg to call us see we can see what's going on and we also told him to bring his receipt
