              I purchased Load Training's Home Study Freight Brokering for $799 after confirming with **** that there will be guaranteed agent placement after completion. No experience Agency Placement is also stated on the company's website. After successfully completing the course and receiving my Certificate I contacted the company and informed **** that I was ready for placement. He promptly gave me *****'s number, stating that he was the person responsible for placement. I tried contacting ***** numerous times and even spoke to him once when he stated that he was busy and will return my call, which never happened. I spent another week trying to contact ***** with no success so I contacted **** again after which he left a voicemail on my phone stating that he is not responsible for agent placement and does not know why ***** is not returning my call.As such, I would like a refund...I spent months studying and completing a course of which I am still not able to get employment.

              I attended training just last week and let me tell you, I am so beyond please with the teaching I received from *****! He is very patient thorough and knowledgeable. I started with little to no information on brokering and left as an entry level expert with a great foundation to start with. Believe me I received waaaaaay more than I paid for. Great school!!! Worth every bit of what I paid!
