CONSIGNERS BEWARE!!!! These people Are pathological liars and criminals. For a consigner who claims we do not take commission for sold RVs, we make our money on financing, trade ins and RV walk throughs - these are recorded statements - they took $20,000 dollars of my money! Yes you heard that right $20,000. They told me they sold my RV for ****** - even showed me a fake bill of sale - when in reality they sold my RV for $90,515 and pocketed my $20,000! So for a place that doesnt take a commission they took 22%! They also broke my windshield while it was on their lot and refused to cover the damage which cost $2,800 to replace. If you currently have an RV on their lot, PULL IT. If youve had them sell your RV ask for proof of actual sale and Id suggest finding the new buyer through the *** and contacting them to see how badly you got ripped off. I know they make it difficult to do so. I went down to the shop to bring the accounting error to their attention to rectify the situation and they just continued to lie and refused to make this matter right - also a recorded conversation. They created fake bills of sale, altered asking price number on documents and forged my signature. See photos for proof of everything Im saying and I will be running this up the legal flagpole. You know if theyve done it to me theyre done it to hundreds of others. The only people who are leaving good reviews for this company are the ones that dont know how badly they have been scammed. *** and *********************** - youve achieved a whole new level of sleaze - you should be ashamed of yourself.

We have a signed consignment agreement showing the customer agreed to accept the $70,800 given to her. We do not forge any documents and insinuating we do is flat out Libel. We do not work off percentages here as was told to the customer, the customer verbally agreed to the money she received then signed for the check, surrendered her title and cashed the check. Her windshield somehow cracked while on the lot, ***** including me knows how it happened wether it be change of weather etc, we would in no way break someones windshield and makes zero sense to insinuate we did! The signed consignment agreement states that "Insurance is the sole responsibility of the consignor while said vehicle is in consignees possession". Customer requested a bill of sale a little over a month after the sale and I typed one up in her presence and she signed and I notarized it, as a notary the customer signs in front of you and to say I forged that is completely wrong and unacceptable. I have all documnetation as well as my bookkeeper.

If you look at the actual purchase agreement by the new owners, it was signed at the end of December. So they had an offer on my RV for $90,515 at the end of December. They did not notify me of what they told me the offer was until January 5th, after they had already sold my RV to the new owners as per purchase agreement and the date on the check. On 1/5 they told me they got an offer for $68,000 - I have two witnesses of this conversation - after they had already sold my RV for $90,515. I told him $68,000 was too low because I had to pay for the broken windshield, which they broke when they washed it with cold water when it was very hot out. They also broke the windshield of the one next to me that was also washed that day. They came back with what they said was an offer for $70,800. When I told him that seemed really low as I had listed it with them for $86,000 they said it was the best that I was going to do because the market was off this year. ****** also knew that I had cleaned out my savings account toto pay off the loan prior to selling as I was guided to do.  And yet they had already sold my RV for $90,515. When I came in to collect the check, I asked for proof that they had sold my RV for what they said they had. They flashed me a false purchase agreement which I have included for $70,015 as that proof. I did not know that it was a false purchase agreement that they suggested they create for the new buyers who are Canadian so they would not have to pay as much tax crossing the border. I asked him for a copy. He said he could not provide it because he was not allowed to give me any information on the owners names. I told him that he could redact that information and still give me a copy. He said that I did not need it. So I accepted the check based on that false document.  Had I known that they sold my Rv $90,515 I never would have excepted $70,800 as that was not our agreement. As they are a no commission shop, they gave me 100% of what they told me they sold it for when in fact, they sold it for $20,000 more which is a 22% commission on my RV. The most valuable item that I owned. One of the owners, ********************* also created and notarized a false bill of sale from the DOT.  I accepted the check based on false documentation. That is criminal. They have been running this scam for over a decade. They have it pretty refined. Im sure they have ripped off hundreds and hundreds of people and that is just not OK. They are pathological liars and will try to make the victim wrong which is also not OK. They will try to tell you that they bought my RV for a lower price and sold my RV for a higher price but that cannot be true because they sold my RV for a higher price to the new owners before they even had my title, which I did not sign over to them nor did I sign any power of attorney, giving them permission to buy my RV at a lower price and sell it at a higher price. This is a classic consignment scam and somebody needs to do something about it to shut it down so other people dont get financially injured as I have. As a retired person, $20,000 is almost a years worth of living expense for me and it is just so wrong for them to take advantage of people.  I will do everything in my power to stop it from happening to others and I sincerely hope that you will too.
