    Quick Refrigeration gave me a written proposal in early September, which we accepted, that specified a **** of 17 for a new air conditioning unit. The documentation with the installed unit indicates a **** of only 15. We pointed that out to our salesman, and he said he would get us the certificate indicating a **** of 17 or higher. We received nothing from him and have attempted to contact him several times, but he has not responded to text, phone or email messages. I called the Quick office and was told the office would contact the salesman and have him get in touch with me. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything from him. I did receive an email from the office coordinator on 13 October stating she would send the **** information as soon as she could get a certificate. Two weeks passed with no contact from Quick. I called for the office coordinator and was told she wasnt available but she would call back. I did not receive a call back so I sent an email to the office coordinator on 28 October outlining my problem. I have not received a response from anyone at Quick Refrigeration.(By contrast, we have been Quick customers for about 17 years and have received excellent service from their repair and service technicians.)

    They came out 07/15/'23. Checked my system, said it's overamping-suggested new unit. Then put in new motor after telling me the new one I already had wouldn't work. I even gave them the new one when they put one in my A/************ told me they don't finance, I need to pay in full-before the work is done? I thought he ************* my credit card-NO, he took the full amount off the card. Went online to leave them a review, discovered they do in fact finance with MY bank, for 1/2 down payment. SO I called and asked. Was told yes they do finance if my credit is good? So told her to cancel the sale, and return my money to my bank card. I don't like being lied to. The I sent them a message also verifying cancel and return my money.
