I agreed to pay the $100.00 for the product and paid with my credit card. When I got my bill yesterday it showed the $l00.00 then it also showed a charge for $389.00 which I did NOT sign for,This is an unauthorized charge. When contacting Fancy Foods all I can get is "unable to answer your call right now, Please leave your name and telephone number." I will not do this as I am very dubious as to whether they will call back besides they have enough information from me and I do not think that they need more. The credit card company has stated that if this can not be resolved by me they will take further action for me. I will also be reporting to all sources available to be aware of what has happened. Any help you are able to give me will be truly appreciated.Business response

Purchased a USDA Prime Steaks Variety Pack and the steaks looked very good in the frozen state. When cooking according to their directions the steaks took on a different shape and tased like saw dust. Parts were so tough with gristle and the other parts were just mush. My wife has various food allergies and the steaks made her sick. I believe that they use chemicals to soften the meat to make it edible.Business response

I do not want to have any replacement as the steak and chicken has chemicals added that are not good for my wife. I want a full refund of the $400 cash that I gave the sales man.Business response

our steaks and chicken bundle deals are vacuumed packed and sealed and flash frozen , you cook the steaks frozen right from the freezer to the grill to a real nice meal cook steaks frozen !!!Customer response

On 1/11/2023 a van advertising "Fancy Foods Deliveries" came down my private driveway. My wife was out front so he opened the van doors and began showing her boxes of meat he was selling. He said he would sell her the remaining boxes plus a brand new freezer, all for $3,600. He advertised the meat he was selling as restaurant quality. It came frozen and vacuum sealed so I couldn't tell what was inside. Later when I cooked a steak, I could hardly cut it with a sharp knife. Then, when I tasted it, it was so bad I couldn't even eat it. I then tried the chicken, it was just as bad, uneatable. The next day i called the company to complain about the quality, but he wouldn't listen to us. He was yelling that the meat was fine, we were wrong there was nothing wrong with that meat and he hung up. From his attitude we could tell there was no reason for us to call back.Business response

complaint # ********on 1/11/2023 i was working in ***** ******* and i stopped by ********************** house and sold them 76 boxes of primebeaf steaks chicken seafood pork bundle deals i sold them ************************************************************************************** the freezer for them like i always do for all of my costmers his wife ******* said she would put it away as i was standing there the freezer **************************************************************************** the freezer because his wife said she would be it awayi left done deal. a couple of days later his wife calls me and just said im sick from your product and so is my husband first of all we have a no refund policy our Guarantee is we guarantee our products 100% for tenderness and flavo one fullyear.if for any reasons you are unsatisfied, we will promptly replace or exchange any unused product. i couldnt tell them anything because all they di was complkain and would not listen or compermis 3 days later they called and said that bthe freezer quit working i told them there wasnt any problems with the freezer it is brand new and they received it brand new still in the box never been plugged in i dont know how long it took them to put the product in the freezer after i left thats why i usually put the product away for them so we dont have these problems i am willing to replace the product not pick it up on my brovhure it say no refunds and all sales final *************** received the brocure at the time of purchase this is a case of buyers remorse i told them to cook the product frozen because they flash freeze the product when they vauccum seal it. thank you for your time on this matter call me if you have any quetions regarding.this complaint ************ on my brochure it says ALL; SALES FINAL!!!!
