      Contacted Luxury Transport about a limo service for an upcoming wedding. *********************** asked me for some information about the service, I sent it over to him. After reading through his terms and conditions, reviews online, no website, or evidence that this company even exists, I declined to move forward. No agreement signed, no money exchanged, and we did not even agree on a vehicle yet. I was asking which vehicle so it'd be impossible for me to even sign anything. Regardless, this supposed business will not leave me alone, he's threatening to show up to my wedding to demand money from me in front of family and friends, and has consistently texted/emailed me every day for nearly a week. This is borderline illegal activity after me saying that I am no longer interested. He also forged my signature. I have moved forward with another company and no payment or services will be used through Luxury Transport. If you read the other reviews, like I did, it seems like there is no evidence that a car/limo/bus ever would show up to an event you contract with this supposed "company". He will take your money and never show up. Luckily I stopped talking to him before he could ruin one of the most important days in a person's life. This guy is a thief and this operation should cease to exist. I have filed a police report, reported this company to my state's attorney general office, and the ******* Attorney General where this company supposedly operates out of. He uses illegal and predatory business practices. If you search the address on ******* there is no sign on the building or evidence that this company exists. No website is a huge red flag. They do have a ******** page but how could a "nationwide company" not have a website? ********* local car service companies have websites. Wouldn't a national company have one then? Regardless I just need this man to stop contacting me as I have told him repeatedly.

      Client entered into a agreement by giving us information to provide service. we asked for payment and paperwork as the client agreed to return.. by returning the paperwork  the client entered to to the agreement. Now since the client choice  to cancel the agreement we are asking for payment as agreed to pay.

      Please reference ************* law that says a request for information enters an individual into a illegally binding contract without a customer's signature.

      Client needs to pay their debit for the agreement  that they created and we will do anything legally to collect our money

      No agreement was signed. No evidence of a signature appears anywhere outside of one that was forged. A request for information is not a legally binding contract. Even if there was a debt, the business deployed illegal debt collection practices that I could *** them for.

      Called this company and spoke to *****. I was in a rush to find transportation for my wedding. All payment was provided, agreement was signed two days prior to the event. The day of the event no transportation showed up, no driver called me letting me know they were not coming. Called them and no answer back. Called them the day after and ***** answered letting me know that he would be investigating. Called a week later and no call back. If anyone is reading this stay away from them. I wish I saw the other complaints on here before calling this phone number.

      Client did not follow terms and conditions  as they agreed to verbally and in writing. Client did make payment but the payment came very late. Agreement was made on the second of the month And the payment came by the fourth of the month later than agreed upon to get things done in a timely fashion. Payment was supposed to be  received by the second of the month of October. Also the client agreed to send in the paperwork by the second of October and then finish sending in most of it by 7 October. Very very late did not complete all paperwork we are still missing to this day in billing information for the card on file which is a requirement. Customer did not fulfill their obligations as they agreed to in writing. In the terms of the agreement if the agreement is not completed or/and In the time schedule that was agreed-upon by both parties. Regardless if the agreement is paid for or not we do not have to provide service as written in the agreement. And all payments that are paid into the agreement are nonrefundable as agreed-upon in the agreement.  This client in my opinion does not understand the consequences of not following the terms and conditions of the agreement which they agreed upon to follow. They think because they paid the money regardless of when they paid it, they should receive service regardless. If we cant get the paperwork and payment  in,  when we need the paperwork and how can we follow through and be held accountable for not doing the service, when they cannot do what they had to do first and following the terms and conditions of the agreement We have all the correspondence and evidence to prove that things were not done in a timely fashion and not completed.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
