I would leave a negative star-received a robe as a gift-washed for first timehorrible-balls all over-reached them-they will do nothing about itI wish I could post a pic-will never order from them again-my husband spent over ****** for this robe-I am sure ******* has better quality-very disappointed that they do not stand behind their products-maybe that is a red flag-Barefoot Dreams, Inc

This is the first negative review I have left for a company but I am so disappointed in the customer service of this company. I ordered a robe for my husband at the end of November as a Christmas present. During the ordering process, there was nothing about a 15-day refund policy. When I went to exchange it after Christmas, I was told I only had a 15-day window for refunds and no exchanges. They indicated it was on the confirmation email and packing slip. I sent a copy of my packing slip that did not have anything about a fifteen-day return. I was told it was a Good Morning America policy and since I ordered it when they were featured on *** it was a GMA policy. I contacted *** who said it was a Barefoot Dreams policy. I contacted Barefoot Dreams again and I was sent my confirmation email that stated at the very bottom, that a refund would be given within 15 days but no indication of an exchange policy. I now have a robe that is too big for anyone in my family.Barefoot Dreams, Inc

I really want to give them 5 stars because I love their products, but I can't look past this. One, there is no place to leave a review of the specific product on their website and only shows catered reviews. That's a big red flag, but I guess I can look past that. Two, and this one plays into the first one, if I'm spending $100 on a pair of sleep shorts, the strings should NOT be sucked into the back of the shorts unable to be pulled back out after ONE wash. Can't tie my shorts with one string. I've had strings get pulled and stretched out in the washer/dryer but never forced back into the clothing to the point where I can't even wiggle it out through the hole.Barefoot Dreams, Inc

The complete lack of any type of customer service is astonishing. My poor experience with Barefoot Dreams began when I placed an order for $827.11 via Neiman ****** on Sat. 11/16. Two weeks later I had not received a shipping confirmation so I called NM on Sat., 11/30 and they explained that the vendor had not shipped and was unresponsive to follow-up. I requested that the order be cancelled and 4 days later, they have not responded to NM about my order cancellation. That same day, 11/30, I went to the Barefoot Dreams website and placed 5 orders totaling $2,891.35. After my orders were placed & I reviewed the confirmations, I realized that one of the items included in 3 of my orders was not correct. In the advertisement on their website, they showed a pajama set (top and bottom). I ordered this 3x. When I reviewed the confirmations, I realized that it was not a set, but that it was separates and I had ordered 2 tops and 1 bottom. I immediately called their customer service within 30 minutes of placing my orders and it was closed and noted they are open Mon-Fri. I sent 3 emails within an hour of receiving each of the 3 order confirmations requesting that they swap the item in question with a throw that was exactly the same price. I called their office Mon 12/2 to follow-up and the message said the office was closed so I left a message. This morning, Tues 12/3 I get shipping confirmations that my orders with the incorrect items have shipped. I called again and the machine said the office is closed. I don't understand how a company has nobody working on the biggest shopping week of the year. I subsequently went to their ******** page and read similar stories regarding their horrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed as somebody who spent a large sum of money with this company and have been left with absolutely no support.Barefoot Dreams, Inc

I would give one star if I could. Made a purchase on Nov 18 for a daily deals blanket. Then, Nov 29, they email and say they oversold and they would send a different color choice. They then never responded to any further communication and didnt give money back or send item.Barefoot Dreams, Inc

I see that the lack of customer service is a common issue with this company. They do not respond to emails and the do not pick up the phone. My order is being sent to the wrong location and all my emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. How do you sell products with ZERO customer support available to the people paying for the items?????? What kind of business practice is this? The experience with the website is NOT GOOD, (slow to load, searches do not lead to desired items, the discount code that showed up in my email one day earlier was not accepted, and shipping is free for merchandise over ******, though most items run ******.) Worst customer service ever!!! Send this astronomically-priced blanket as a gift to my uncle. They offered no gift card or indication it was from us. I asked to change to shipping address to me so I could add a birthday card. They ignored me. Then I called and they refused to cancel because its been processed?!?!Barefoot Dreams, Inc
