November 8, 2019 is the date an account was opened with my information. The original charge was of $2100. I first tried to dispute this charge October 6, 2022. Ever since I first disputed this on my credit they began to raise the amount every month with no explanation on what this account was opened for or by who. They are raising the amount owed every month since the first time I disputed the account. Most recent dispute I claimed was March 23, 2023 and It was the last attempt I made that day to contact them, email, and once again dispute on my credit. This account is deeply hurting my credit and reflects as a collection. I just dont know at all what this account is for and its very stressful that they dont want to share any information. Its very stressful also that they had not made any changes to the account until I made the first dispute its making feel physically ill how the company is conducting its business and lack of sharing any information. Currently on this day the collection total amount being claimed by them on my credit has gone up to $3,291.Initial Complaint

I've already had problems with ****************** in a previously submitted case (Case #: ********). I am also having problems with their collection service, Grant & Weber. When I called for more information, the man I spoke with hung up on me. I have also followed the instructions listed on the letter they sent me by emailing them, but I have not received a response. I am just trying to find out more information about making payment arrangements, and they are not working with me.Customer response

Grant and Weber sent a letter to my address during the high peak Covid time, at the end of 2021. My family had Covid19, so we were afraid of touching the mails for months. Instead of calling me or emailing me, they punish me by negativity impacting my credit score by 76 points.I have been calling the dedicated agent name********* and emailing her but she never availability or answer my email. I have paid that small medical bill fees in full, after I found that letter. I need Grant and Weber to work with the credit office to remove that negative impact on my score or I will take further action.Initial Complaint

I have asked if I can receive monthly statements and I was told "No! It's a waste of paper!". Banks and credit cards give monthly statements, why am I not shown how much I pay and how much I owe? These people at the *********** are incredibly rude and hateful. I will refuse to work with anyone in *******. They have several other offices in ********** that I would gladly work with. They are also charging me 10%APR. The last time I spoke to them, they said that I would be done in June, now it's September.*********** got snotty and told me that I would never get out of this debt just paying $100 a month and I guess he meant it. I'm on SSD and as I've mentioned to the before, if I didn't want pay it, I wouldn't, because they can't garnish my income from SSD. I'm trying to pay it but I'll never get out of the debt with the interest I'm paying. So many try to not pay their debts but when someone makes an effort to pay it, the Grant and Weber, *********** office talks down to me and treats me if I were ******* beneath their feet. I was working with Grant and Weber in ********* but the office in ******* refused to connect me to that office and refused to give me the name of the person that I was working with. Please help! They have me paying off the debt of $383.09 and then owing them over $800 in interest that they will keep on charging interest on the interest. *****************Initial Complaint

I only learned about this agency because they showed up on my credit report. Prior to that, I didn't see any communication or get any call that my medical debt was sold to an agency. I then reached out over phone to speak to a person months ago. It's impossible to reach a living person for this agency - to the point that I'm unsure if the desire is for the debt to be paid or for the interest to be run up. I would like this off my credit report and to resolve the issue but every time I call no one picks up the phone and I get a robot....
