    In October of 2022 I scheduled a procedure with them. I canceled due to family emergency. Father passed away and I needed to reschedule she told me in order to reschedule I would have to pay the full price of the procedure up front although I had already given them a $1000 deposit.

    I had signed a contract with SQULPT to get a fat transferral procedure in which the name of my procedure on the contract is: 360 Abs-Petite BBL Package. Also the doctor had marked off and circled my abdomen as an area he would work on during my procedure that we were both in agreement on. I was asking for some fat to be taken and placed in my hip area to smooth out the area and give me a curvy shape and also some placed in my **** (hence the whole name of the procedure I was expecting my **** to look better or changed at all). My abdominal area was not even surgically touched at all and the before and after pictures of my **** look exactly the same. The areas they touched are still completely numb two months later and I see almost zero difference in either of the areas I signed a contract to be altered to see a better result. Furthermore I was not even given a smooth or curvy hip area look I had asked for. The company ignored me for two months and is taking zero accountability. This is completely unfair, unethical and just plain wrong.

    I can confirm that we do not have any patient by this name in our Agoura Hills office, and ask that this complaint be removed form the records.  We can say that every Abdomen lipo suction patient of Squlpt signs several consent forms. Each form does state in several different areas that "Abs', the following areas may or may not be included based on the needs of the patient, as determined by the surgeon: Upper abdomen, Lower abdomen, waist, hips, pubic area, and lower back.)"

    In August of 2024 I contacted Squlpt about the possibility to have a plastic surgery procedure done. I wanted to have the procedure done in the second part of December 2024. I was asked to reach back to them in October to schedule the procedure. On October 2 2024 I contacted my representative at Squlpt as asked to work on the pre procedure requirements and to have the procedure scheduled, 25+ emails later and now November 2024 the procedure had yet to be scheduled. A lot of the delay came from the slow response from my Squlpt representative and specific ****************** in their agreement I requested be striken as they violated my privacy rights.Early November 2024 I reached out to my Squlpt representative and informed her I wouldnt be moving forward with the procedure as the pre procedure process had made me loose confidence in their professionalism and I requested a refund of the already paid moneys be processed ($7,200).The representative acknowledged and agreed to process the refund. Within a few days I was advised that in order for Squlpt to issue my refund I would have to sign a release which not only included false information (claimed the procedure had been completed successfully), limited my rights to file a former complain and forced me into signing an ***. I expressed to Squlpt the fact that I wouldnt agree to sign a fraudulent document (including false information) and forced me to sign an NDA. There is no foundation for me to sign any of these as my interactions with Squlpt were purely administrative and I wasnt privy of any proprietary or confidential information related to their business and their practitioners that would warrant an ***. Since I informed them I wouldnt be signing their legal documents they have stopped communications and have not issued a refund.

    All prospective clients enter into a legal agreement prior to initiating any procedures, which includes the terms for refunds and cancellations. These terms are binding unless mutually modified through a signed agreement by both parties.

    Regarding a refund request, Squlpt is required to follow all applicable procedures, particularly when a dispute is filed with a credit card company. In such cases, the dispute process must be completed before any further steps can be taken. Additionally, if a refund is due, Squlpt will not arbitrate or respond to the request, and the request should be processed in favor of the client.

    I am rejecting this response because: while Squlpt requires a legal release to issue a refund,  the release is fraudulent and includes false information. No one in their right mind would agree to sign a fraudulent legal document.

    I received a full refund without signing their fraudulent release , and dont need to be dealing with this shady business anymore. The public should be aware of the fraudulent practices of this business.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and want to clarify I got a refund through my credit card, the business had no leg to stand on to reject the claim I filed with my credit card as I never signed an agreement with them nor did i receive any services.

    They tried to silence (by forcing me into signing an *** - I didn't agree to sign it) me from warning the public about the shady and fraudulent practices from this business. The public should be made aware to tread lightly with this business and read closely the fine print on their agreements.

    No additional actions are required on my behalf.

    On 5/26/2022 I paid Squlpt a $1000 deposit for a liposuction procedure. Prior to the deposit I paid for a $75 consultation and was informed that the deposit would go towards the procedure. I decided not to proceed with the procedure and when I requested my deposit back I was told that it could not be refunded. I dont have any documentation from this company stating the deposit is non-refundable. I followed up on a later occasion to request a refund and was told again the deposit could not be refunded. If possible, please provide assistance with having the business refund my deposit.

    I had a scheduled consultation; in which I was charged $50 dollar then upon show to the consultation it was reimbursed. However, Squlpt is charging my credit card each month $50. I reached out to my bank; I was informed that Squlpt has schedule recruiting payments on my credit card which I did not authorize this! Ive reached out to Squlpt regarding this matter which they refuse to resolve.

    This claim is invalid. The patient was billed a one-time fee of $50.00, which has already been refunded. There is no evidence to support the validity of the patient's assertion. This constitutes a false claim and should be retracted.

    In July of 2022 I gave this business a deposit of $1,000 for a procedure. I forgot about the deposit with everything that was happening at that time, especially since we were still transitioning out of the pandemic. I have since remembered the deposit I left with Squlpt and attempted to reach out to them to collect my deposit. I was told by "*****" that an office manager would contact me, however I yet to receive a phone call. Oddly enough after speaking with ***** someone text me to schedule a procedure and when I said I wasn't interested they told me they would just hold my money and the only way I could get it back was to provide a medical note stating why I couldn't have the procedure which seems to me aggressive in nature and tone. I feel as though I am being forced into something I don't want to do. If Squlpt insists on keeping my money then they should provide me with a gift receipt so I can claim it on my taxes as a charitable contribution basically saying that I just gave them $1000 as a gift. Otherwise I just want my money back. When I tried to pull up the deposit agreement it says no longer available which is odd.

    SQULPT pressured me into giving my full payment to insure I have the ability to book my appointment. Without even booking my actual date . I asked questions about safety and the process and this not being *** approved. They avoided answering and so I asked the doctor to call me and she never did. I decided to pull out and request my money back . ***** decided to request my medical reasons and gave me excuses . They have not sent me a refund request form or any communication its been 3 days . This business needs to be shut down . Not refunding me 16k that is my money is ridiculous.

    Procedure done on June 20, 2023. This botched fat transfer and petite bbl has left me in pain with my back, sides and stomach area numb still to this day. I have a hard deposit in my left buttocks the size of a small hotel bar of soap. My belly hangs over, which was not the case prior to the procedure. The Dr said he would either refund my money or do the procedure again but I had to wait 9 months. I could wait 2 years and this will never change into anything but what it currently looks like. And i would never go through this horrendous procedure again. I am embarrassed to disrobe in front of anyone or look in the mirror. I cry every single day.

    Second complaint with no response. This company is a true scam. I had an initial consult with via zoom with a consultant. She assigned me to a surgeon that I wouldnt meet until the day of the procedure. $1,000 deposit was requested to secure the procedure date and hold the $17,000 price quoted. I asked if I could schedule an in office visit with the surgeon prior to the surgery and said I could do a zoom which I scheduled. The surgeon never showed on the zoom and the consultant said her son had her phone and forgot to set up her alarm. I then cancelled my procedure date because of this and she offered me $1000 discount because of the issue. I requested a refund for the deposit and then was sent a clause stating it was no refundable. I literally scheduled on a Wednesday and was supposed to meet via zoom with the surgeon that same week on Sunday and then cancelled. I probably would have done the procedure if I would have spoken to the surgeon but nothing was done and they will not refund the $1000. They even called me from the facility the day I was previously scheduled and asked if I was running late. This company is a complete scam and do not communicate well within themselves. All I want is my money refunded!!!

    I had a procedure done with this company and then they admitted that the procedure was mistakenly drese and that they would do the procedure again for me on June 16,2023. But then last week they cancelled my revision and no longer respond to my emails and calls. They were suppose to perform fat removal and transfer fat to buttock. But nothing was done one but cheek is bigger than the other one side of my abdomen has larger fat bulges as well as back bra rolls that were going to be removed there as big as always. They collected $15,000 and I got uglier than when I walked in. I have depression problems since this made me look uglier than before. I want a refund to go elsewhere and fix the issues caused by them. I was willing to let them fix it before but since they do not want to make them selfs responsible Im actually scared to go under with them. Ive also seen that *************** has a suspended license so that scares me even more. Ive been in contact with other girls on social media that are on the same boat as me. So this business has been taking peoples hard working money and made them look like me ugly un even and depressed.
