            THIS HAPPENED ON 6/22/2023 WHEN THE GENTLEMAN *** WENT INTO MY HOUSE TO GIVE A QUOTE TO REPAIR TWO BALCONIES AND FIX THE CORNER OF ONE OF THE ROOMS. TO START THE **** HE SAID THAT HE NEEDED $2000.00 IN ADVANCE FOR A PROJECT OF $6000.00. HE EVEN MENTIONED THAT HE WOULD COME NEXT WEEK, BUT HE CALLED ME AND SAID HE WAS BUSY AND THE NEXT DAY AVAILABLE WAS 07/10/2023. ON THIS DATE, HE SENT ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES, AND UNFORTUNATELY, THE EMPLOYEE DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO OR WHERE TO START. THE EMPLOYEE DID SOME PAINTING USING THE MATERIAL THAT I HAVE IN MY HOME, AND HE USED THE PAINT FOR CONCRETE TO PAINT THE WOOD; THIS COMPANY WAS SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH ALL MATERIALS AND TOOLS.*** ASKED ME TO BE MORE FLEXIBLE WITH THEM, BUT I ASKED HIM TO CANCEL THE SERVICES BECAUSE, AFTER EIGHTEEN DAYS, THIS COMPANY WAS NOT READY TO START WITH THE PROJECT I HAVE AN INVOICE # *****DATED 06/22/2023.

            We hired this company and salesperson. *** came to our home. He sold ** on gutters and we gave him a deposit of $500. When he and his workers came out to install, it was determined that they could not do the job as stated/sold. He would not refund our deposit and the office had already cashed the check. He nor the office number is returning our calls. In fact when we call the phone number in the advertisement we get a voice mail that doesn't even state the company name.Recap: we were sold a product that could not be used and want our deposit back.Warning!!!
