I concur with the previous review. Their automated email response went to my spam. I did not see it. I did not know their policy. Strangely, the email saying my product was getting ready to ship came to my actual email. I waited, no shipping info and no product. I finally sent an email request, letting them know the money had been removed from my account, but it seemed the product had never shipped. I was not angry and not in a hurry, but I did feel something had gone wrong. I received the product, but I just noticed a rude email from the owner, I assume. She told me she has a problem with my choice of words, when I said that the money had been removed from my account already. She would rather I said, I have paid for the order, as she btw informed me,(so very kindly haha). She perhaps doesnt realize that, online, you can pay for the order, but the money doesnt always get removed from your account until it ships. They seem to be a super defensive company. They want to parse words, rather than politely answer a simple question. I will not order from them again, nor will I recommend them. I am now concerned about giving this to my dogs. I love them so much and I dont trust a product that has come from someone that sounds somewhat aggressive and unhinged.People are worried about the animals they love. Just be nice.Earth Song Ranch

I always find humor in these sorts of reviews from people who do not care to read policies nor do they read the information on their emailed order receipt, they get to vent their own personal mental health challenges in a public forum that *** make them feel better, it gives them power to think that someone a year prior *** have written another similar diatribe to then make themselves right - to be ignorant of the ways that website stores work in this day and age is pretty remarkable - only Amazon and Chewy's don't charge the person's cc until date of ship. Appreciate that she thought I was as big as them! This person is obviously a very unhappy and unhinged individual with a lot of anger/rage issues she wants to project on others, since she waited well over six weeks to go to the BBB, which I find remarkable in and of itesel. **** thinks that a one star review is going to somehow harm a company that has been in business for 28 years is very funny to me. She seems to think that her weak disparaging and pejorative review is powerful, I guess I disagree in full. Also giving advice as to how we should respond to emails is also a hoot, so she must be super sensitive to whatever is going on in her world. She received her order within the time that we guarantee processing, she received her tracking from Ship Station, so no more needs to be said. Glad she will not be ordering again and I always laugh at the "threats" that "they" will not refer anyone, if her friends are like her that she would want to refer I truly don't need or want them as customers. She *** want to take time to read other peoples websites as to how things are processed and shipped or stick with Amazon and *****'s if she does not have the money in her account to pay for what she orders - or ***be she is not able to read who knows, or if she can read ***be she has no comprehension. Our website on each category in each store page is very clear as to processing and shipping times, we have policies clearly on the website as well about processing and shipping times, so if that did not fit in to her schedule then she needed not to order at all. So if it makes her feel better and more powerful to give a one star review so be it, but hopefully others look below at all the good reviews my company has and make their own determination. There is plenty of business for everyone out there, some of what I do is not so easily found, so I say good luck to ****. No one i know these days for the type of business I have goes to the BBB before purchasing - In closing to even insinuate that there is anything wrong with the products she received in this review is defaming (defamation) to say the least and stupid at best, so I would urge caution to **** when making these sorts of statements in a public forum in order to defame and try to harm a company., as I would urge caution to the BBB for allowing ******** remarks to also be published.Review fromL. Oh my goodness, I had the same experience as **** L. I have never left a negative review in my life but this lady needs to get a clue - extremely rude. I ordered an off-the-shelf product Jan 5th - my CC was charged immediately upon ordering ... then after 7 days, I received an email that it is getting ready to ship ... it had not left her store as as yet. These are products where most of us know - we are ordering because our horses are in need and she certainly knows that...but it had been 7 days. I emailed her asking why it was being held and not shipped out sooner and to "Please send out today!" Well she sent me a yelling email in CAPS -- very rude about her online shipping policy which totally did not match what she was actually doing. Today ... day 8 ... I still had not received an email notice OR Tracking number that the product had been shipped and had NO choice but to try and get in touch with her. Thankful to say, I did not get a hold of her on the phone ... but through email. Well, she came off the wall /said it has shipped now ...don't email her again ! Doesn't want my business in the future! I responded if she had done her due diligent and sent the info & tracking number I would not have had to email her. Not only does she deliver awful messages ... she then plays psychologist and tries to insinuante there must be something wrong with the customer ... hummm ... to want good service ? OK Jessica, starting to sound familiar when I read **** L. I certainly will not be using this company EVER again. Reading through reviews, I am sure she is good at what she does ...it is unfortunate her carries this disposition ... I just hope I receive my product.Earth Song Ranch

If Ms *** would have cared to have read our policies on processing and shipping time, she could have made other choices to purchase from a different company, let alone she ordered after 5 pm on a Thursday and we are closed Friday thru Sunday, her order processed on Monday was sent to our drop shipper on Tuesday wherein they shipped to her timely on Thursday. Our policies are clear, we do not go by calendar days but by business days, again this person can not, does not or will not read policies on our website that are clear, concise and her behavior was far from stellar, guess she was of the impression she got different service then all other customers. Because she did not order something timely for her horse it became our fault? Hardly, she wanted immediate service, which she could go to a local feed store and get that. She received personal emails from me, several in fact and also a auto responses to each of her emails that explained the policies again, with clickable links within the email as to the processing and shipping times, what more can any one do for this kind of person? Obviously she felt she needed or warranted preferential treatment because of who she thinks she is in the world. Because of her volume of nasty mean spirited and inappropriate emails I had to block her. She was told she would receive her order through USPS on Saturday 1.14.23. End of story. This person thinks she can tell me how to run my business which I have run successfully for 26 years now, told me I should have shipped immediately and that "I was not organized" reall (?) like she is, (if she were organized why did she wait so long to order something she was about to run out of?) was rude, nasty sent a volley of emails, of which were responded to professionally and personally but that was not good enough for this person who obviously has issues far greater then receiving a product that she ordered for her horse. This is a first time order/first time customer, because this person cannot, did not or would not read our policies on processing, shipping and delivery times some how became "our fault" that she expected Amazon Prime Service - hope she goes else where as we prefer her to go - being nasty in today's world does not get anyone anywhere and we reserve the right to not do business with people like this - with over 10k happy customers she is a drop of rain in an Olympic sized swimming pool - Good luck to you and I pitty the next company she tries to tell how to run their business and also tried to slander hope that have a paid Customer Service department that will take all of her emails and abuse.L. Lets get the truth out there ... I ordered at approximately 12:50 pm on Thursday .. Not after 5:00 pm as she states ... I have proof as my CC was charged immediately. I contacted her via email on the following Wednesday after receiving her email on Wednesday ... "It was getting ready to ship". NEVER told when it will ship. I was NEVER told an expected Delivery Date. I was NEVER given a tracking number which she states is created and given to the buyer at time of order. Just getting Ready. NO information how who it was getting shipped through ... none of this information was ever given to me. So ... I responded back through email "Could you PLEASE ship out today" That is when I received a scathing and rude email from her ... Large Bold Caps ... Yelling back at me to read Shipping ...... which I had done ... Her advertising states she responds to orders immediately and ships out right away. This bad situation could have been avoided if she had just had a decent response ... We will get this out as soon as possible ... sorry for the delay.. They had Thursday afternoon to get it ready ... this was a shelf item (no blending). And Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday to ship it out ... and again, I was NEVER told it would definitely ship even on Thursday ? My next email was in response... was short and to the point ... as a buyer, I am not accustomed to sounding like I was doing the seller a favor coming to buy. I would like to share this ... I could have gone to a number of other bigger horse supply companies (not Amazon) who supply this item as I have done in the past... but I am trying to be more aware of supporting small entrepreneurs such as Earth Song Ranch ... apparently that was a mistake as she makes it very clear she does not need the business. In her eyes, I am just a drop of rain in her Olympic size swimming pool .. that pretty much says it all.Earth Song Ranch

After receiving an extreemly rude and ranting phone call from Jessica today, I decided to write this review on the BBB. I looked at some of the other reviews below and I see a very clear pattern with people having the same experience as I had. I ordered nosodes on May 12, 2022 and I just received my order on June 4th. Her website says your order will arrive within a certian time line, but I see that I'm not the only person who had issues receiving products in a timly fashon. Perhaps, Jessica should update her website and order confirmations to allow for the slow Postal Service. This may cut down on the negative reviews. Also, provide the customer with a Tracking Number so that they don't need to bother her when their product is late. They could just track it themselves; what a great concept! I emailed Jessica twice and left her three voicemails, since I was not getting any response. After our one sided (Jessica) conversation, she hung up on me. Then she sent me a nasty email letting me know that I couldn't order from her site again and to go elsewhere. Unbelievable! No one should be treated like this; especially, a customer who is helping to support her business. Don't worry Jessica, I would NEVER order something from you again due to your horrible attitude and rude disposition. In closing: I'm so glad we shared this experience of blessings from a healer who may have compassion for animals, but not for humans.Earth Song Ranch

This lady received her order timely, she received a tracking number when her label was printed, she could have gone in to the USPS system and tracked her order, she never once sent an email to follow up per the voice mail message stated clearly on my phone message. Not only that she left messages over a holiday weekend and expected an immediate response, my message on my phone states it is best to email for a faster response, if she would have followed directions she would have received an auto response stating we were closed for the holiday weekend. If she would have followed direction she would have received an email the next business day with her tracking number showing the package was in fact being deliverd the day that I had the phone conversation with her. Not only did she leave two to three messages on my phone she then had a friend also call and leave a message. Who does these sorts of things except people who are unbalanced or think they are beholding because they have made one very small purchase from a business? This woman is totally out of line with her post, and not only that she is not truthful at all with what she is alleging. ALL CUSTOMERS get a tracking number emailed to them, to the email they provide, if this woman would only read our policies on processing and shipping times clearly stated on our web site, she would have known the timing, and an auto response would have been sent to her with her questions answered and it would have been a totally different experience for her. It is funny that the majority of post for my long time business on the BBB site are positive with a very few who I do fire for their abuse and do not want their business. But she wants to make herself right, when she is clearly in the wrong - not only that but none of my customers care about the BBB reviews and I have not lost any business due to people like her who want to strike out because they feel like a victim in their lives because they were "fired" - if I could have cancelled her order and refunded her believe me I would have done that. As a small business owner I really am tired of these kinds of people who want to rush off and do a negative post to the BBB because they are totally wrong in their allegations, they received their orders, they think because they have ordered one item of little value they can abuse the business owner - I do not allow abusive and ask them to go else where and they become incensed because they were "FIRED" for their bad behavior. You can see the anger this woman carries in her life by the amount of time spent on this post wanting to strike out and do harm. I wish her well trying to find whatever it is she is looking for in life - Namaste
