We made our last payment on May 30, 2021 to cover for the last month we lived there. As my selling my selling agent *********************** from The ***** Team was at this point supposed to submit transfer forms by June 10, 2021. New owners were qualified to take over payments for the ****************** The transition took over as of June 16th by our ************** by *************************** from Roc Title. Due to them submitting the transfer to Mosaic after due date June 10, 2021. Mosaic is refusing to do the transfer to new owners because of the delay of the forms. Mosaic has been harassing me to make past balance which is now up to $950. We have not lived in our ******* residence since May 31. The balance should have already been transferred to the new owners. Mosaic is aware but still harassing us. They have now sent us to a collection agency.
