    Perchak Properties are a Property Management Company that we used for nearly two years to lease and maintain our property located at ****************************************************. They abruptly terminated without cause our contract agreement with only two weeks notice, which resulted in not receiving past due invoices from the previous tenant **************************************** total due to us is $1,922.99. In addition, the agreement was for 12 months with a new tenant that began in Mid-August and we were charge a one time fee for finding the tenant. As a result of their early termination we incurred additional cost from a new property manager and in addition we are requesting $2,000 to cover the remainder of the contract signing fee for a total of $3,922.99.We reached out to the company (Perchak Properties) and asked to be refunded these amounts but we were given a response that it was 'Our Problem' not theirs. Moreover, they charge us for these amounts and made limited efforts to get payment from the prior tenant (they sent just ONE letter back in August).We request to get full reimbursement of $3,922.99.

    Perchak has refused to seek reimbursement from my former tenant as per the attached letters. PLEASE let me know if you need anything speciifc.
