Buen Da Mi nombre es Jieime ******** Quiero hacer *** queja sobre la compaa:Ecube Labs Co. (Haulla) ******************************************************************************* La compaia se dedica a recoleccin de basura a negocios, el contrato dice que van *** vez por semana cosa que no cumplen. La comunicacin es imposible y cuando te llegan a contestar te dicen que te regr***n la llamada cosa que no hacen. Cada vez que he llamado tengo que explicar esta gran inconformidad cada representante me dice un da diferente para recoger el contenedor. Desde diciembre que empezamos con *** compaa estoy batallando con la recoleccin, a esta fecha Febrero 18, 2023 no han venido por la basura de3 semanas.El problema es muy serio ya que he tenido problemas con mis vecinos por ese motivo. Anexo fotos para que vean la magnitud del problema.Cuando pido la cancelacin del servicio, me dicen que tengo que pagar por cancelar y eso se me hace injusto pagar por un cancelar un contrato que ellos no pueden cumplir. I was originally contacted be a phone solicitor to switch to this company for **************** at my place of business. Price quote was lower than I was currently paying so I decide to go with this company. That turned into a nightmare, they where unable to switch service without my involvement . And that should have been a sign. since then service was finally started after being with anyone because of them for 3 weeks. I received my first bill and thats when thing really went bad they wanted paid for service I had not received and also wanted to be paid another month in advance. I tried to pay that portion I knew I owed but was unable to due to their website.I finally mailed a check which was cashed ****** but ***************************** the payment . I did try to leave a credit card on file for future payment a even bigger mistake. the next billing cycle it automatically withdrew the funds from my cc . I have tried to contact them via phone and their website without any results.Initial Complaint

****** is a waste removal company that my business contracted with to remove trash twice a week. They constantly miss pickups or when they do pick up it's at 4 am which is a violation of city law. ********* constantly complain and report to the city. When I paid a ************ fee to break the contract they refuse to pick up the ******** from my property which is full of trash.
