1) you can't set an appointment with Anthony for the life of him. I called 1 week before to set an appointment, called 1 day before, and then called 1 hour before. Drove 1 hour to get there and he had this dumb look on his face and turned me away AFTER making an appointment and confirming several times before.
2) John is a big cry baby. I asked him to wrap molding around my car- no problem. BUT asking him to instal it back onto my car caused him so much stress. Like really? It's your freaking job!
I've spent more than a thousand dollars over all the business I've given them, referred people to them and John really told me no to do business with them anymore and not to refer my friends to them because I asked for a little discount after they tried to "nickel and dime" me and after I asked him if he could instal the molding that he wrapped. You'd think that a good business would give $10 off a small job after all the business I've given them.
On top of that, THEY HAVE PUT DENTS IN MULTIPLE MOLDINGS ON MY CAR AND TRY TO STATE IT WAS FROM THE DEALER. I bought BRAND NEW moldings and they really tried to say it came like that.
Trust me- I stood outside in the back of the garage (instead of in the waiting room) and stared at them hammer my molding in and force it into place to take a shortcut.
The only reason I didn't intercept and tell them off is cus I needed them to instal it cus I didn't know how.
DO NOT GO TO THESE SCAMMERS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR.
