    They don't warranty product spend $60 sold me 1 of the vape defective no credit or refund be aware rip off.

    Been a repeat customer for a while now and have always had a great experience. Most recent order was no different. Was delivered via *** and was met by such a pleasant delivery driver.

    Says 2 to 5 day shipping when ordering. You're forced to pick it. Tells you after you order that it will take a week or more. Ordered the 12th and didn't leave the building till the 14th at 10pm. Try to ask questions and I only get a email to create a password after already having a account. Definitely a rip off.

    Orders placed, 2 weeks later, no delivery. Tracking system is not viable for learning anything about the shipment so customers are literally in the dark on their order. At what point do we rightful wonder whether we were just scammed? Not using this company ever again, just nothing here that makes me feel like it is a viable business.

    Don't buy from them, I just got a fake vape from them. The brand is lost vape i ordered the Orion but on the box and the device it's self it says original se not Orion se which is what I ordered even on the order confirmation it says Orion but the box and the device are not. I don't know what going on but I am not using a device that I can't vouch for it's safety. I feel like they are just a scam that has a few real things with some money making fakes.

    I am very happy with Element Vape. I don't live in the same state, actually I live on the other side of the country and have no issues with shipping speed coming to the East coast. While I very much like their selection and pricing it is their service I am writing about today. I placed an order for some vape devices in late November and with the Holiday rush, I thought I had received them but as they were back *** should one of ours burn out I never thought to look for the package to open them. When my husband lost his old vape I went to look for the package and after combing my emails for tracking infor I realized I never received it. This was 5 months after the fact. I thought for sure I was just out the money, but I emailed them anyway. They quickly determined that the package was in fact lost in shipping, and offered me either a refund or replacement. I asked for the replacement and it was at my door in no time at all! Most businesses after 5 months would have been too bad so sad about it, but Element took care of me kindly and quickly. In this day and age, it is nice to find a business who is customer centric! They have earned themselves a loyal customer! Not just for their good pricing and wide selection, but because of the confidence I have in spending my money with them and the service they provide. Thank you Element Vape!

    I am a pretty loyal customer of ********************. I saw some reviews that maybe living out further than CA takes a while for shipping. I will tell you, I am in ** and I kid you not I got my order in two days the last 5 times. I no its not too far from CA I just can't imagine it taking THAT long even if from a further out state. I also wanted to mention that this place carries coils that I cannot find anywhere else online as well a an AMAZING VARIETY of my flavor profile of ******* fruits. My last order, I used my points to get quite a large amount off my purchase. When I recieved my order, I thought I had the incorrect thing because I ordered 4 juices and my package had 6. Looking further into this order, element vape gave me TWO 'free gifts' and these two different free juices were literally my flavor profile. You just can't get better than them for online shopping for vape products in my opinion. They have a great rewards system too. I have nothing bad at all to say about this place. I will probably never order from anywhere else again.

    Terrible company. Will let you order an item, then wait for 4 days only to tell you that the item is out of stock. Still waiting for my refund.

    I have ordered from Element Vape many times over the years. They have a great selection and prices. Unfortunately the shipping company they use is consistently slow and unreliable. Ive only had about half of my orders make it to me and they charge you for shipping every time whether you get your stuff or not. I have tried to coordinate delivery with the shipping company but they just dont show up which is maddening because they give you a four-hour window. You lose both your time and money. Ive been burned too many times to use them again. Youve now been warned.

    In the reviews you will see 5 stars or 1 star. If you don't live in ********** there is no point to do business. They only ship to their California residents with speed. There is no regard fro Non California customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH **********************, if you live outside **********. Will take weeks to months to get the order, or possibly not at all. It's been over a week now and nothing. Never Again. THEY Don't Value Good Customers.
