****** ordered an appraisal through ******** of ******* Affairs, appraisal was completed and I was never paid by the lender. I have sent several emails along with **** of VA and they stated invoice would be paid. It has been 8 months and payment has never been recieved. Americas Moneyline collected $875 in appraisal fees from a Veteran & refuses to pay the appraiser. They will not answer the phone & will not respond to emails or voicemails.Business Response

My wallet contained sensitive information that was missing, such as my credit card, debit card, driver's license, and social security number. I recently learned that this personal information is being used by someone to impersonate me. I just came across an unauthorized inquiry from 02/16/2023 on my credit report. I never did business with the aforementioned company, and I did not give permission for this investigation to be conducted. Regarding this, I have communicated with the creditor, but they have not answered. Please look into it and take it down from my credit report right away.Business Response

The telephone number and email address both appear to belong to you. Please feel free to contact us directly to review these and confirm if in fact they are yours or not. The consultation on that day was done without a credit pull.
On Thursday February 16th, 2023, ***** received a call from XXX-XXX-**** stating that a property was located and a purchase contract was secured for a home in ******, **********.
All pertinent credit information was provided including full name, dob and social security number. This was coupled with verbal permission to access credit for mortgage purposes only.

I had a very bad experience of home buying with America's Moneyline Inc. in CA as a home loan broker. I presented my situation to them and they promised to get the loan on my closing date of 03.31.2023. After submitting tons of paperwork they vanished a day before the closing date and unprofessionally didn't answer at all. Finally, after their late response, the seller decided to break the deal or should be paid more. Unfortunately, this bad experience cost me $3,700 (closed the deal with another broker in 5 days) and wasted time, and many follow-*** with them to compensate for this loss were fruitless. I am very sorry for your experience. Unfortunetly, the Lender did not approve your loan due to the lack of a two year history of Overtime Income. This caused your loan to get denied by the Lender due to excessive debt to income ratios.
On your behalf, a request was made directly with the Lender, **********, to provide you a concession or refund but they denied the request. As a Mortgage Broker we are not paid any monies unless we successfully close your loan so it would be impossible for us to issue you a refund.

The mentioned denial reason is not acceptable for me because I talked to your staff several times about my case and he claimed that he presented my case to the lender underwriter and they approved my case. I started working with your business because of this initial approval but what happened next I dont know. I worked with your team not Lender. I dont know anyone at the lender company. The lender should gave me his decision at least a day before closing day not after closing. If they let me know that they are not able to approve my loan a day before closing day the seller never penalized me. So, do you think am I responsible for this?Business Response

No Sir no one thinks you are responsible for the Lender's denial of your loan. You were very transparent and all of your concerns were voiced to the actual Lender. As you are aware, the Lender gave issue to the Offer of Employment Letter that was provided. The annual income figure provided by you was not accepted by the Lender due to the wording in the letter which casued your debt to income ratios to be unapprovable. All attempts were made to override the Underwriters decision but we were unable to overcome the issue. I am very sorry for any issues this may have caused your family and of course I do wish your loan was Approved but it was not.

Sir,
I never think I had done any wrong action from myside. As you said I fully transparently present all my docs including my wife job offer to you. Initially accepting and then denying at the last moment without any acceptable reason in meaningful timeline (at least a day before closing day) put me a horrible trouble that could cause to break the deal and I never think just sorry word can compensate this money and time losses. I'm persistent in paying my loss by America's Moneyline or Lender.
Definitely, I will follow-up and post this happening in any available public media. Someone should pay my loss, $3,700.

I'm still receiving calls, and not only that, the nature of these calls is abusive and it almost feels like you guys are mocking me. Spoofing local numbers and calling multiple times every hour, what is wrong with you people? Stop the harassment already! Hello Sir - I would like to assist however if I do not know your telephone number I cannot add you to our internal do not call list. There is nothing we can do to stop the amount of calls you are getting from other Companies.

********* Money Line reached out to me to be our lender when purchasing our new home. I stated I already have a preferred lender and was not interested. In order to entice me to utilized AML, they promised to pay me 2K after closing. When I received the Good Faith estimate, this credit was not on the contract. During conversations, they stated it would not be received during closing, but it was actually going to be a check after the fact. The 2K was coming from the profit of selling the loan. I have attached a letter from them stating they would provide the 2K. When I bluntly asked how can I can ensure the validity of their deal, ********************************* stated that if they did not hold up their deals with other customers, they would not have great ratings on BBB. This gave me confidence in who I was dealing with. I have given time for things to process and for them to follow through. I have emailed them with no response. We closed on our house on October 21, 2022. My family was really counting on the 2K savings to help with the new house transition. I would like for AML to hold up their end of the deal. So I just received a phone call from a gentleman ny the name ****. He said he is with ******************* and he saw that my credit was just ran for a mortgage. He asked if I was in the process of purchasing a new home or refinancing and was asking a few other questions going into a pitch when I stopped him and asked him who he was again and where he was calling from again. **** told me where he was from again and I said well I never contacted you or your company so why are you calling me and he said "yeah we both know that don't be ******ed".The number he called from is ************* So I immediately called that number back and another gentleman answered the phone. I explained to him what happened and he was amazed that somebody would say something like that so I asked to speak to a supervisor. He spoke to one and said the supervisor was busy on another call and he was going to call me back. I'm currently waiting for a return phone call as I am extremely offended.
