    Goldstar had been a good, trusted website for a very long time. In 2019, I received a credit on my account for two concert tickets (no cash refunds policy). I tried using up the credit buying a ******* ***** Farm ticket when I visited L.A. I would periodically check the Goldstar site for other events where I live or places I would be visiting, but the choices over time became far fewer and far weaker shows, and anything beside shows disappeared from the site. Covid delayed until 2022, where I purchased what turned out to be my last ******* ticket. In February 2024, Goldstar had ************ tickets that were good only until March 7, but I was traveling there later that month. I sent an inquiry to Goldstar and found out tickets would no longer be available. By then, only second-rate shows existed on the site. I hoped that one day I could use up my credit for something, but not long after, Goldstar became ******** without sending any notice. ******** doesn't recognize my email address, so my entire account is gone and the $100 I had as a credit evaporated into the ether.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I have $71 credit on my account and would like to use it on an upcoming show. The app is asking for a voucher number. The problem is I was never given a voucher number. I have been leaving messages for customer support. They will not respond to any of my messages! Very frustrating!!

    The Goldstar event ticket company is under new ownership. Buyer beware! This is not the same company I trusted for decades to honestly advertise and deliver tickets. Their phone app no longer functions, if you try to log on to their website it no longer recognizes your log-on credentials, if you put a message into their general website messaging form you won't get a response unless they want to respond (in my case, crickets), there is no phone number to call for help, and emails to their general email address are not replied to. Tickets to stage productions are advertised "Best Available" by theater box office section, but issued best available within a subset of the section assigned to Goldstar by the box office. Usually it is the last couple rows of the section furthest from the stage--even though the theater box office has other seat inventory closer to the stage. It is a twisted dishonest use of the term "Best Available" by a ticket vendor. If you are OK with buying from a vendor that will give you anything they decide to deliver for a discount, regardless what they have advertised, then I say go for it. If they didn't add the false advertising "Best Available" in a seating section, then I wouldn't have a problem with their honesty and integrity in transactions. I still continue to have problems with their arms-length no phone calls customer service to resolve problems before a performance. But, they try to deceive the buyer and clearly don't want to be held accountable. Buyer beware!

    I used Goldstar to purchase two tickets to The Ultimate Flamenco Dinner Show Experience on New Years Eve in ***********, **********.The total costs of the tickets came out to $******.

    When we arrived at the location, it was a broken down bar with make shift tables on the back dance floor. The bathrooms were destroyed and had no napkins or way to dry your hands.We were given a table at the far back next to the back door and were unable to see the dancer who did not have a raised platform. Thats when we saw the event on the menu advertised at $** per person. Goldstar marked up the event 60% per ticket and the bar again charged an additional 20% tax on that marked up rate. We ordered a small pitcher of sangria for a whopping $** dollars and one bottled beer for $** bucks and the total came out to $******. Where is the "delivering value"???

    The next day i contacted customer service via email and they said the "the event mentioned additional fees may apply". I responded back that i would like to chat with a supervisor and never heard back from customer service. Be careful people!

    Terrible seats, terrible acoustics, obstructed view. Paid for orchestra seats based on a seating chart from the theatre's website that differed from GoldStars. I was given the back of house seats which are terrible. Contacted customer service in advance to get the seats changed or refunded. ********* was no help at all. Goldstar Events: You get what we give you, not what you paid for......which is why I'll be using another ticket service moving forward

    Super disappointing! I just bought 5 bleachers tickets to a Yankee game for my family- confirmation number is #XXXXXXXX. I literally checked 5 mins late on the MLB website and see I would've saved 30% if I booked directly. I'm requested a refund immediately and they would not grant it.

    I purchased tickets back in January 2020 when COVID happened. They would not give me a refund. When the concert resumed in Las Vegas, it turns out they do not support tickets for that concert anymore leaving me out $300. SCAM of a company.
