    I had a great experience with ****. I previously had a split AC heater unit installed by another vendor The unit failed and I was unable to get anyone to come out to fix it I contacted **** and they sent a tech out to assess the situation The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to replace the unit quickly The customer service of everyone I worked with on this project was exceptional

    I am very happy with the friendly and thorough service provided by the Avis technician. ********************* arrived on time and listened to all my concerns and questions. I have had so many problems with this company in the past, but from what I understand, they now have new staff and focus on customer service which was vastly lacking in the past. They have gone from a one star (well deserved) to five stars (well deserved). Thank you Broc for putting my faith back into your company. You won me over.

    As a long time 20+ year customer that was losing my confidence with **** in recent visitsmy service today was nothing short of amazing!!I have been on a service plan for many years now so I was very familiar with many of *********** working for ****.Ive had good experiences over the years but the last couple years I was not very happy with the techs & the advice I was given.****** tech today was new to mehe was absolutely amazing!!Very courteous, respectful & informative.**** walked me through every process he was doing, explained to me in detail & broke our furnace down like I had never seen **** do in the past.He was extremely thorough & renewed my confidence in **** with his knowledge, communication skills, work ethic & genuine care for ******* wife as **** customers.It appears **** has refocused on the business.communication on our appointment today was much improved as well.Big kudos to **** for retaining a long term customer that was seriously considering moving on!!

    Avis Home Solutions has formal complaints pending with the ** ************************ handling crimes against disabled and elderly. This company scams senior citizens into huge bills and long contracts. These are criminal acts and they are facing penalties. Be careful with this company and warn everyone. Any company that takes advantage of they elderly should be shut down and the technicians should be arrested.
