      I bought a Levoit Cordless Vacuum Cleaner with Mini Brush for Pet Cleaning, Stick Vac with Auto ***** **************** Powerful Suction for Hard-floors, Carpets from Amazon on May 14, 2023 for $******. Original Amazon Order # ***-2968850-5486615. Within a few weeks I noticed my floors were constantly needing to be vacuumed even after I just went over a spot. I realized the vacuum only ***** up going forward, it will not pick up dirt if you bring it backwards like a normal vacuum. I reached out to Amazon and they refused to help me as it was past my ********************************************************************************************************************** another replacement vacuum. The replacement has the exact same issues out of the box. I then realized it was just the product itself, they refused to issue me a refund and let me return both of the vacuums for my original refund of ****** but would issue me an out of pocket store credit. I decided to keep the second vacuum for parts and let it lie. A few weeks later I realize now when I pick up the vacuum the dirt I just sucked up, falls out of it...I have reached back out to Levoit and they are stating the same thing. They can give me out of pocket store credit but that's it. That doesn't make sense to me, if they can issue that they can send me a return label and refund me the money I originally spent. I want to send both of these vacuums back as it is a lot of money on products that do not work. I don't care if it's Levoit or Amazon, I want to send these vacuums to someone and get my money back, I don't want anymore products or offers I just want my money and to be done with this issue. Update: Levoit is issuing me out of pocket store credit. This is not the desired resolution. I don't want anymore of their products. I am hoping you can help me with this issue so I can get my money back, return both products and the store credit. I want to be done of this.

      Thanks for reaching out to us. As stated on the emails, orders sold by Amazon are processed and charged directly through Amazon; we (Levoit) are not paid, and for security reasons, we are unable to access your original payment method. However, I did reach out to my finance team for other possible options. If store credit would not work, would you happen to have a PayPal account? While we are unable to provide a direct refund for the order, as the manufacturer, we are happy to offer an out-of-pocket PayPal refund as a courtesy for the original item price of $239.99. If you would like to proceed, please let me know and I can make those return labels to have the vacuums sent back to us for the PayPal refund. 

      Additionally, I will email you a follow up as well so that I can have a place to send those return labels. We hope this helps provide clarity, and thank you for your understanding. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

      I have over 5 Levoit air purifiers in my home. Two of the models are the LV-PUR131S. Every 12 months when you change the filters, the power will not come back on. This is a known issue with this model. My other 3 different model units have never had this problem. Levoit has replaced them once already (Both of them), but now here I am again with 2 non-working units when I changed the ************ I have ****** worth of 2 units and over ****** in filters for units that once again will not power on.

      Levoit is refusing to honour their warranty, stating that it only applies to purchases from authorized sellers. However, they do not provide any information on who is or is not an authorized seller, meaning it is impossible to determine a sellers legitimacy.

Products purchased from an unauthorized website or dealer may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. You can protect yourself and your products by making sure you only purchase from Arovast or its authorized dealers. We understand other sellers such as "******* ******* ***** can sell our products online, but they may not be an authorized seller of ours. You can look out for brand names such as Target, Best ************* etc. or check with our team to verify.

      I have had this humidifier less than 1 year and it has a 2 year warranty and is defective. I have always used it on auto setting and it puts out alot of mist and now its hardly putting out any mist. You cannot call and talk to anyone at this company only via email once a day.

      Hello,

      Thanks for reaching out and for your patience as we work through all customers' inquiries. Upon review of the video, it appears that the level of mist output is normal (especially if the humidifier is set to "Auto" mode). In this setting, it will automatically adjust the level of mist output based on the current relative humidity (RH%) in the room. Since it was already around 54%, the mist level may be lower since it doesn't need to output as much moisture. If you want to see thicker mist, you can manually adjust the mist level to the maximum level.

      However, in good faith, we will send you a new humidifier to use and try. You can keep the original and compare how the two work side-by-side. Please see your original ticket (******) for more information.

      My air purifier no longer works after I changed the air filter. It was working perfectly fine before I changed the filter. I changed the filter, turned on the air purifier again, and now it constantly displays a large red oval. Following Levoit's troubleshooting advice, I cannot reset the device nor do any of the buttons work. It is totally nonfunctional. The air purifier is just out of warranty, but this issue was clearly triggered by changing the filter-changing process rather than normal wear and tear, which I would understand. I see others online have had this same issue. This is the second Levoit air purifier that I've purchased and both have failed.Further, Levoit air filters are quite expensive. All told, I've spent over $700 on Levoit products over 2.5 years, yet Levoit does not stand by their malfunctioning products. Very frustrating as a consumer and some of the worst support I've received in years.

      According to many Amazon and ****** reviews There is a known issue with the Levoit 131s Air purifier in which the unit stops powering on after a year or two. The display will light up, but will not function. Rather than address the issue as a faulty item that should be recalled, the company waits for the 2 year **** to tell the consumer experiencing this issue they are just out of luck. This was my case in which I purchased the unit new in May 2020 from Amazon and in December 2022 my unit did this exact thing and customer service was not willing to do anything about it. The company should either price their products lower as a disposable item or support their products and provide customer service.

      I bought this product LV-PUR131S which has and you BBB can see product review, one customer has same review which I had been facing, LEVOIT accepted that it was manufacturing problem, it has 3.5 out of 5 stars. Read reviews for average rating value is 3.5 of 5 on their website. I have also posted review, they are cheating customers, this machine automatically stops exactly after 2 years where they can refuse to accept warranty, they offer 2 years warranty, but how customers can spend $189.00 plus amount and it stops working. This is completely shame, many customers have reviewed same way, I was changing its filter and turned off and it stopped working. They do not listen it. In the past, I bought two products from them, I would not buy anything from them in future. On their website, people have same issues... BBB should register my complain. (39) LV-PUR131S Smart True HEPA Air Purifier Here is my review on different website about this product.I will not recommend this product. Today, second time in 2 years, this unit stopped working. I gradually changed my filters as SMART Functions were informing me, I have three other products of Levoit and honestly working fine but for some reason, Humidifiers from LEVOIT usually will be stopped working after 2 years. I was changing it's filter and turned off the device, now It is not turning back on.. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have all evidences.

      I recently contacted Levoit in regards to getting assistance for their LV-PUR131S air purifier. It suddenly stopped working and became unresponsive on the touch panel and will not power on. I attempted to trouble shoot it and remedy the cause. In doing so, I came upon a multitude of online reviews/complaints on their website as well as ******* with customers who have had the same exact issue. The red light displays and purifier will not operate. This seems to happen after the 2 year warranty expires. This is clearly a manufacturer issue and I find it unethical that the companies response to me via email is to buy a new one or take it to get repaired on my own. ******************************************************************************** I hope the issue that causes this defect has been rectified and that customer service is improved on any item they manufacture.

      The dates have begin from Febuary 14,2022 thruToday Febuary 25,2022 the tracking info has been delayed delayed and delayed as of today as well Febuary 25,2022. Levoit/Eteckcity corporation will not request that fed ex shipping come and pick up a used defective air purifier shipping package or replacement air purifier package that i did not request. due to *********** and my family member being disabled we are not responsible for extra heavy bulky packages or defective used products. Levoit rep did not allow for me to request a refund on the day of febuary 17,2022. He replied Febuary 18,2022 and immediately sent a request for a replacement product that i never agreed too receive. The rep ****** never asked for my order number to verify my purchase order just pictures to be sent. This is a urgent matter as i and my family member are disabled and have health issues.

      On Febuary 14, 2022 a purchase was made on Levoit.com for air purifier model LV-H134 in the amount of $377.11 cents. The LV-H134 arrived with shipping via Fed Ex ********************* under standard free shipping on Febuary 17,2021 in a damaged shipping box with holes in it once the item was opened the inside box was damaged as well with little dents the item has dirty stains inside bottom filter cover, stains,dirt,dust and animal hair inside grill a bent dirty back bottom filter cover scuff inside dirt inside where filter sits on two black bars inside,air quality color sensor does not work,filter packaging has holes in it. I contacted Levoit customer care and i was told to send in photo and video of damages by the customer rep by the name of ****** the rep ****** after sending photos and video acknowledged the damages and never allowed for me to request proper refund of my money instead he immeadiately requested a replacement product with tracking on Febuary 18,2022 and never responded until Febuary 18,2022 not answering my question of when he was doing a request and i just received shipping info Febuary 25,2022 that i never asked for leaving me with the hassle of having to return now 2 Levoit LV-H134 air purifiers weighing in at 23lbs each with shipping packaging. I am disabled with health and allergies and i do not appreciate this kind of treatment by this company rep named ******. Scince Febuary 25,2022 the tracking info has been spotty and delayed up until Febuary 24,2022 and i am exhausted of trying to request a refund from this company i have contacted ****** today in the morning asking for a refund and i have got a response late at closing time wasting a whole day of replies from this company he's telling me that i have to wait to get my money back once i return the product with shipping a label that is being sent out for the damaged product making it hard on me to return 2 two 23lbs.
