      I had my kitchen cabinets installed by Reborn cabinets. I am still under warranty. I have given the call center 3 phone calls within the last month because their product is separating from the area near the refrigerator and the trash rack is defective and not staying closed. Approx 4 or 5 months ago Reborn came out for the trash cabinet and resolved one issue but still I'm having problems. Can you please help me ingetting a resolution.Please note the call center informed me that emails were sent to the person that handles warranties but no response.

      Have told Reborn REPEATEDLY that I'm not interested in cabinet refurbishment but they will not stop calling and leaving unintelligible voicemails. When I actually answer, there is no one there. Getting **** calls a day and am feeling harassed.

      This email was sent to Reborn Cabinets and it has information about what the issue is, the job was nerve started and now they want to charge 738 dollars.Good afternoon, I just want to start by saying when we started this journey of getting a new shower we were very excited and assured it would be a quick and easy process. I have to say we are very disappointed with the customer service and the communication we have received. First we were told it would be only two to three weeks to get it done and it would only take a day for the install and it could be done on a Saturday. However a few weeks go by and we were given dates of about seven weeks later and was told it would take two days or longer and it couldnt be done on a weekend. Which at that point we were like what ever we just want it done. I took the time off work and lose two days of work in which I had to do a ten day straight to get those days off and the day comes and we were called three hours after they were supposed to be here to do the job and was told they arent coming due to their van having issues. My husband was told that maybe they could do it the next day and that you (******) would have to make some calls and get back to him in a bit. But guess what never got a call back and to top it off when my husband was driving to work he saw one of your vans driving down the hill. We also tried calling you the Friday, Saturday and Sunday the weekend before to make sure you guys were coming because we hadnt heard anything since the weeks before and never got a response. Then my husband gets a text message the next day about wanting to have it done starting on the 5th of July instead. Im guessing you can understand the frustration we are having at this point. We cant just randomly take days off when ever we want to. We had to plan with our job to request the days off pray we get them. In which I had already had done that once and had to work ten days straight to get them. Then we are told we could just leave a key in a lock box and they could do it while we are at work. Who in their right mind would do that now a days. Not to mention we dont feel we can even trust this company at this point. On June 30th we get an inspector from the city come to our house to inspect the work that was suppose to have been done on the 26th and 27th. After that brief text message conversation we didnt hear anything till this email three weeks later wanting us to pick dates in August. Mind you my husband has tried to contact you with no response. At this point we are going to cancel having it done all together. We need to have it done by a company that is reliable, trustworthy and has the proper communication.       We bought a countertop through this company and the employee we worked with told us it would be done in June. We've called many times, and every time someone passes ** off to someone else, who often hangs up on us, send us to voicemail, or the person we talk to PROMISES they'll call us back when they get the information, but they never do. We've probably called and emailed a couple dozen times. They said they don't even have us scheduled and that they're not sure what's going on. They're either playing dumb, horrible people, or they're incompetent. They already set us up with a loan, so I'm not sure if we can even cancel our order. Can you cancel a loan? Please help.

      Better Business Bureau:

      After filing complaint ID ******** on August 1st, Reborn Cabinets finally contacted us and we are moving forward, albeit quite a bit later than they agreed to. Though it was VERY frustrating having them not return our calls, emails, and texts for over a month, it appears as though they have their stuff together now.  I will wait for the business to actually get the job done well and, if it happens, I will consider this complaint resolved.

      Dear BBB,I am filing a formal complaint against Reborn Cabinets for the subpar services provided to my parents, ********************* and ***************************, during their kitchen renovation project. The issues are as follows:Initial Installation Problems: From May 9th to May 11th, the installed cabinet doors did not match, leading to a noticeable mismatch and improper alignment due to incorrect measurements.Subsequent Attempts: On June 10th, new doors were installed but exhibited the same issues, and our concerns were not adequately addressed.Project Manager Unresponsiveness: The Project Manager refused a phone call to discuss the issues, insisting on completing the project first, raising concerns about future responsiveness.Prolonged Inconvenience: The delays and ongoing issues have caused significant inconvenience to my parents, impacting their daily lives.Premium Price Point: The $16,000 project cost demands better quality and attention to detail, which has been lacking.We seek the following remedies:Immediate Resolution: Promptly address and rectify all outstanding issues during the upcoming visit.Transparent Communication: Provide a detailed plan to resolve concerns and demonstrate responsiveness.Compensation Consideration: Discuss fair compensation for the inconveniences endured.We request your assistance in finding a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Also they breached someone elses contract as well as put the wrong name on my contract.       02 March 2023: Guest bathroom remodel started. Main bathroom should have started a few days later. Both bathrooms should have been completed one week later on/around 09 March 2023. As of 20 July 2023, work is still pending. Reborn Cabinets is slow to respond or to schedule the last of the work needed. Appears no quality control at Reborn Cabinets.

      *************************, a Reborn representative, came to my house for a cabinet evaluation at my request. I liked the cabinet designs and agreed to work with Reborn. I signed a contract and paid $1000 down, but did not sign financing documents or set a date to begin work. I had to postpone work on this for work reasons, and ultimately decided it would be more prudent to work with another firm that has a better range of services for the prices offered. I had been told by ******* that Reborn will match prices, but instead of seeking that I opted to cancel. I have tried calling and emailing and no one is helping me to cancel.

      Hello,

      I would like to reopen complaint #********. This complaint is against Reborn Cabinets. I invited a representative from Reborn to come to my home on April 21st. I selected styles I was interested in, and made an entirely voluntary down payment of $1000. I was in no way required to give them this money. I did not sign any finance documents. I did not receive any copy of any documents I signed related to my preferred cabinet designs.

      I have decided to cancel, and in the doing I have tried calling Reborn multiple times since May. I am usually told I will receive a return call, which they have never done. When I decided to file a complaint with the BBB, Reborn responded that they would be in touch, but critically, that has not happened. They emailed me saying they would call and asked for a phone number--which of course they already had. I asked them to call me on July 25th--they did not do so. I just spoke to *** on the phone and he said that my project was canceled on their end. Critically, I have not received my down payment back. 

      No work was started. No finance documents signed. No date to begin work was determined. At this point, I simply want to get my down payment back and to end my relationship with this company.
