this review is for their location inside the ******* Oaks mall. they had two spots in the mall, a booth on the first floor of the mall and an actual location on the second floor of the mall. Two weeks ago i was offered and purchased a package for eyebrows which was going to be good for until end of June. I went in to get eyebrows done today and found out the upstairs location is closed for good. Since the downstairs location is part of the same company i went downstairs to get my eyebrows done but they refused to honor the package which i had paid for. The two ladies working there were extremely rude and unprofessional as always, that is why i never used the first floor location. They used derogatory language in Armenian thinking i wouldn't understand, so unacceptable. The lady literally threw a piece of paper in my face telling me to call customer service if im not happy. I tried to call customer service but its impossible to speak to anyone. they either do not answer the phone or someone picks up then hangs up as soon as i say i have a complaint. Not only does this company owe me an apology for their rude service, but they owe me for all the services which i had pre-paid for.
