My condos manager ( *********************) hired All County to perform water leak detection in my unit (115) and my neighbors unit (113) on 3/6/23. Both units were flood by the storm in early Feb. My *** paid for the inspection. Condo Address: ******************************************** I was present during All Countys visit in both units. At the end, the two technicians told me that they cant detect the leaks or run water testing until they open the wall. But our management doesnt allow them to open the wall. My management later communicated to both units that All County stated they have completed the inspection and determined the water testing is unnecessary. All County concluded that the cause of the leak is the balcony doors in both units so the *** and the management are not responsible for any water damages. I have tried to contact All County ( case manager : *****) to understand the support and proof for leak source they determined and why it contradicted to what the technicians told me in person. It doesnt make sense that All County told me they dont know where the leaks are when on site but then told ********************* they found the leak.I couldnt get hold of ***** and she never returned my calls. I was told by the receptionist to contact my management for details while my management said they dont have details. My management only shared the moisture readings of the damaged area and the leak source conclusion from All County. All Countys conclusion stopped the management from diagnosing leaks and performing necessary repairs.I demand All County be transparent about their visit and issue a formal inspection report to state what kind of inspection they performed and how they determined the source of the leak. They should share this report with ********************* and the owners of unit 113 and ******************************* if you have any questions. I am asked by ***************, the owner of unit 113 to submit this complaint together. Thank you
