They are the worst nobody knows anything there managers never available total waste of time dealing with this crappy company. No wonder that are rated so badly because the company is and so are their employees.

the worst bank to do business with do not do business with (Lobel). if you are a independent Delar stay way the will cut you short when it comes to pay you on founding day.... they will not call before to lite you they will wait last Minet so that way you don't have time to do anything.

I have a car financed through Lobel Financial since December of 2022. I have made each and every payment on time to them. I received a letter stating my insurance deductible was too high and needed to be to be adjusted, in the mean time, Lobel had not recognized my insurance that I had on the car at the time and took the liberty to add on their own coverage. I declined their offer because the car was already covered. I was told to provide proof and their insurance and charges will be removed, I did so, but Lobel did not remove all of the charges applied. I have been dealing with this issue since 12/2022. Each time that I had made my car payment to Lobel I would receive a phone call regarding account and payment that I had already made. Lobel would state that I owed, I explained to them that I made my payment for scheduled amount and that was all I am paying. As a result of this on going back and forth about my payment, my car was repo'd the morning that I was on my way to make my payment for 09/2023. Prior to the repo I had spoken to a Manager about this issue, I was given the dollar amount that needed to be paid to satisfy the account and bring it to current status. Since the repo, I have lost 2-days of work & wages, I begin school in the coming week and will be missing the first day. This is a very big inconvenience especially seeing that I "HAVE NOT MISSED ANY PAYMENTS SINCE RECEIVING THE *** IN MY POSSESSION 11/2022. This is a very poorly run organization, the CSR's are very unprofessional and in desperate need of training, they have a 3rd party processing system (whatever that means). This is not the company to finance any vehicle for in life. I make my payments by my bank's money order Lobel has cashed each and every one of them since 12/2022, my bank has given me "ALL OF THE CASHED MONEY ORDERS" with Lobel's endorsement stamp on the backside. Avoid this company at all costs if a dealership wants to use them, Run away fast from that deal and dealership.

I really dislike I did business with libel they been jimping me out of money for a min now my account been saying it only owe 800 to be done paying my cause off I called them now there telling me I owe **** almost **** my car was only **** I put down **** and then they charged me all this other c*** I high do not recommend this company there still jimping me out of money still til this day

Company of thieves and corrupt company morals, they are plotting to play you. I financed a vehicle through them (not know anything about them) and they kicked back the first month's payment never letting me know. With a 7k downpayment, I continued making my payments early not on time but days in advance, and a year and a half later after getting a good bit of money from me, I was 2 days late so 32 days late on paper, and the repoed it. I called and wanted to pay the full 2 months after finding out about the first month's payment getting kicked back. Well, they wanted almost 5k for "fees" paperwork and such. I was mad but said I would pay "Here is my credit card number," they said no you have 24 hours to pay IN PERSON or it becomes ours. I was out of state 18 hours away at work and said fine I am on my way then they told me "They are going ship it out of state so it's going to be really hard for me to recover" desperately trying to come up with any bs action to prevent me from paying and not to return it to me so that they could pocket the money and it could be resold... I pay all of my bills early and have always done so but I have never delt with anything like this.

My boyfriend got a loan through this company in a pinch and they have been nothing but a headache. They do not have auto payments which is a major pain and then when we called in for a payoff, they wanted us to answer a bunch of questions that were not needed at all!! If someone told me that I was going to be paying more than 10k at once I would not hesitate to get that person the information they needed!! DO NOT USE LOBEL FINANCIAL!!!!

This company is trying to get money from me that I dont have 15 years after doing business with them ! The place where I got the car from got burned down due to them doing bad business practices! That tells you a lot right there ! They have been calling sending mail trying to get me to respond and take money I dont have ! Now recently they just sent my job a subpoena for my records ! Now this is really ridiculous! They wouldnt have gotten my address and information if I wouldnt have applied for credit for a new vehicle! Ever since then theyve just been hounding me its really sad! Beware of lobel financial they are a nightmare! Shouldve told them to not request anything from a company name lobel financial!!

One of the biggest ***** company and they can cheat any one for money and owner is a ***** lawyer and he know some ***** judges also and rob you and in *** they can rob any one and still say they are a good company one of the biggest ***** company and they rob me for 12k 12 thousand and I took no loan and I am a dealer and these people rob me and some time I think that why they dont that to me but there is no low where is judge is ***** and asking in front of me and my wife 4 candy ?? and local owner say no I give you 3 candies and she wrote my 100% honest case in favor of lobar ? There is only one place where money dont do with you that is h*** and I guaranteed that local owner will and his whole family will go in h*** ??

I changed my car insurance in July 2022. I mailed a copy of my new insurance information to Lobel financial. They are charging me for no insurance since July 2022. The charges have added up to $399 since July 25, 2022. I am ahead on my payments and I have car insurance so why am I being charged with fees. Their supervisors are not returning my calls.

They added more to my payment because I switched my insurance I put ***** down my payments are 490 plus the 10$ it takes to actually pay it right? Then you build daily interest ontop of your original interest correct? I owe more on my car now then when I bought it and in total Ive put around **** to lowbell for my car. I think this company is a scam cause then on my credit reports they reported under half of what I made on my car payment
