I was hired by BaronHR for a temp to hire contract for another company ************************* **** This was a 90 day temp to hire contract. Approximately 60 days in I get a phone call by the local BaronHR office representative stating they have switched payroll companies and I needed to give them all my information again. I ended up getting hired by the company I was working for after that instead of doing this. Fast forward to the new year at tax time and I received a W-2 for only 2 weeks worth of paychecks. This would be the new payroll company that they switched to. I received two paychecks from the new payroll company (****************************************) before I got hired straight into the company. Now I have not received my W-2 for the 60 days or so that I started with. This is costing me approximately 2-3k dollars in tax refund. I cannot file my taxes until I get this. Every number online that I call is disconnected, voicemails full, no longer receiving calls, etc. Emails are not responding, you get the picture. Their website is glitchy and not allowing messages to be sent. This is illegal and I am very upset about this.
