    On September 29, 2023, my husband has left the front desk know at Desert Palms Hotel, and suites that the hallways and elevators and our hotel room was very humid and hot . My husband complains continue to tell the front desk for the next three days that it needed to be addressed because it was not addressed. On Friday October 6, 2023. As I was packing our clothing and *********, our items to get ready to leave later on that morning to go home, I saw a cockroach climbing up the walls. Cockroaches live in humid and warm areas. We do not know how long weve been sleeping with the cockroach in our room. but we had complained about the temperature in the hallways, elevators, and our personal room, and has they had addressed it there. Cockroach infestation would not have happened. We are seeking full refund of our hotel. They only refunded for one night at four or parking, but I already told the general manager , that was not rate. That they should refund the full thing .

    Just the worst stay and awful people that are unprofessional. I expect such an expensive stay to be on their best behavior when you are accommodating families. There were other unhappy families there and its unfortunate that we wasted our hard earned money for this awful stay. We decided to stay at this hotel on 06/25 to 06/26, rented two bedroom suites for my 6th years old daughter's birthday with our family and their kids. The location was convenient for us closer to **********. Our first night at ROOM 428 was a disaster. Soon as we checked in, we notice the ** was not getting cold, however since we are on a time crunched for my daughter's birthday after we checked in early around 8:30ish we just drop off our things and enjoy disneyland on 06/25. We ended up going back to the hotel almost midnight. We thought we would give it some time for the ** to be cold enough. Slept for couple of hours did not call and make a complain yet the next day 06/26. We had to wake up early again and go back to disneyland park. When we came back at 7pm. We decided to call the front desk to check the **. ******** was "in charged" that night sent a maintenance guy x2 and did not resolved the issue. Finally the last call, they decided to move us to 429 this is almost midnight we have 5 kids and a 8months old baby. Then I called again and spoke to ******** who was very unprofessional and states" Why didn't you make a complain when you checked in on 06/25? I explained we had to go to the park and didn't realized on 06/26 that the ** is not properly working. ******** stated" Well you called couple of times, didn't we just gave you the room key at 429? I felt like I was talking to a teenager who has no manners. I asked who is the Manager and If I could speak to someone, ******** stated "NO I am the only one in charged here" this is his shift at night. I feel disrespected, had to deal with unprofessional people when I just ask nicely to speak with Manager or head of the hotel.
