    ***** I received a phone call referencing voice searches for my business Blunt Realty. I paid $298.00 via INV/*********** 1-20-2024 5:43PM CST to receive this service. Their email to me states, "If we can not complete your voice registration on ****** Siri, ********** home, we WILL refund you 100% with no cancellation fees." Set phone call appointment to review my information with ******** ********. First appointment ******** missed, NO call, NO email, I had to call to them to reschedule due to them forgetting. 12/30/2024 second appointment made with ****** *******. So remind me why I am paying for something yet doing their job to follow up on something I have paid in full for. I received an email 12/28/2024 stating that my business could not be verified on Apple Maps. 1-27-2025 called company to inform that my business still can not be found as their business promised. Their provider wanted to argue with me about setting up a **** account instead of helping me correct the problem. I may be voice registered with but definitely not searchable. That is only half of what they said they were doing. This is what the BBB is for to crack down on people being scammed. I run my business correctly these larger companies have NO ETHICS or MORALS anymore just another way of scamming people. I want my money returned to the card it was placed on as promised via their email sent to me.

Our records show that while we completed voice search registrations, Apple Maps could not verify her business, which we communicated on December 28, 2024. Some platforms have independent verification policies beyond our control.
    Voice search registration ensures a business is recognized by ****** Siri, and Google Assistant, but general search visibility depends on multiple factors.
    Per our money-back guarantee, if we cannot complete the promised registrations, we issue a refund. We are currently reviewing her case and will provide an update promptly.

    APN Tech does not provide any services they agree to when you sign up. The agreement was to have your company listed on ****** search and other platforms within 4 weeks of signing up and they didnt do any of that. So when I called they told me to try back in. Aw week. Ok no problem. I did it nothing. Called again and now Im being told I need to register my company info myself on all search engines and I do not qualify for a refund? What was point of paying this company if I need to do it myself? SCAM!!!

    Weve reviewed ***** ******* complaint and would like to provide clarification. The client did not have a verified ****** Business Profile (GBP), and their Yelp profile was incompleteboth necessary steps for appearing on voice and search platforms. Our team offered assistance to set these up, but the client declined. The client was informed via email that the service setup takes 3-4 weeks. During a call, the client acknowledged this timeline. Delays occurred because the GBP remained unverified, and profiles were incomplete, which are requirements outlined in our agreement. When the client requested a refund, he rejected further assistance and used inappropriate language, resulting in the call being disconnected after multiple warnings.
    Refund eligibility requires the client to verify their GBP and provide accurate profile details. Since these steps were not completed, the client does not qualify for a refund.
    Weve made several attempts to assist the client, but their lack of cooperation has made resolving this matter challenging. We remain willing to help address the issues if the client is willing to collaborate. Thank you for your understanding.

    *** never specified I needed to create any kind of page on my own. What is the point of doing so if Im paying for a service for a voice search of my company. Also I was never contacted by this company to move my business forward. The same day I signed up I was contacted back to upgrade other areas of this service and they wanted more money. I had to call several times to figure out what was going on. Today I was contacted by **** ******* who told me that now I needed to create a free yelp page and once I do they can start the process of their services. Never did anyone ever tell me these check marks needed to be addressed prior to getting service or when I called to follow up. After speaking to **** and going back and forth for 20 min he offered me 200 dollars in a refund after I gave them 500. I had to give him different analogies on why this doesnt make sense. And I finally came to terms to accept a refund of 250 dollars from *** which gives them a profit of 250 bucks for doing nothing. I feel our communities need to be aware of scams like this. And I would like to keep the public updated on whether they refund me or not which I was told 7-14 days from today

    On November21 I took a call from APN Tech. I spoke to *******. They were saying they could get my business on all Voice Search engines. I was told this would take 7-10 business days to set up. After 10 days they said it would be done by Dec 20th. It is now Dec 20th and nothing has been done. I have called four times. I was hung up on every time. When finally I spoke to someone I was told please wait until the Dec 21st. That would be 30 days since they took my ******. I explained to him that was not acceptable and I want my money back. He said there are no refunds. I have contacted my credit card company to stop payment. I feel that this a fraud because I was not given what I paid for. I have all emails and text messages.

    I have not been contacted by APN Tech. My business is not on Voice search at all. Please verify this yourself by going on one of the voice searches. Please ask Voice search to show carpet cleaning or carpet cleaner in ******* *********. National carpet upholstery & air duct cleaning does not show up as I was Guaranteed it would. I am asking for a refund because the company did not do there job. I am not satisfied with this company.  Also try air duct cleaning on voice search. We dont show up as promised by APN Tech

    This company has not done the job as promised. They said if I am not happy they will refund my money. I am not happy I am no where on Voice search. They have no lived up to there Guarantee.     They are a ****** voice search service. I paid them 300 dollars to put my business on ****** voice search. That was7 weeks ago. I searched this morning and no listing for me.     October 2, 2024 ******** into the contract with APNTech (**************). They payment was entered into for voice reconition service. Was told that their service would place me on the list to be found as a Realtor when individuals search for a Realtor in my area. This would put me on ****** Siri and all the other voice search ingines. As of today 12 2 2024 i still have no refund after asking for a refund over a phone call back on Oct 3, or 4th I believe. I also after speaking with **************** provided a written email to the company APN Tech requesting cancelation of the service. This was on Nov 16th, 2024. I have also followed up disputing the charge with ****************. Based on the service being a scam. (which i found out after the fact from looking on BBB web site) and for the merchant not providing the services described. At **************** they closed the original dispute in my favor but then charged me back after the merchant provided receipt i enetered into the agreement to provide services. Yes i did, however, to this day 12/2/2024 I am not on the voice search in my area. **************** did re open the case and set a dispute resolution date of 12 1, 2024 waiting on information from the merchant. On 12 /2/2024 **** moved the resolutilution date to Dec. 11, 2024 now. I did provide proof to **** that the service was not provided by having ***** a tier 2 dipute person record my request to ****** No information came about me as a realtor but did recomend others. This was on 11/16/2024. Please see attached letter to ****************.

    I had brinkshome alarm for a couple years until I moved out their house, I informed brings home alarm that I will be closing the account and moving out whether there is no service since I will be renting an apartment that does not allow home services in. I was given the runaround by the company, which makes it impossible to cancel this is a repeat pattern based on hundreds of thousands of similar complaints about break home alarm system, violate consumer protection by hiding automatic renewal in fine print is impossible to read or find by hiding it inside and not obvious and not make it obvious additionally they require you to purposely receive a letter from them only to then cancel the alarm this is a well-known tactic that federal government recently prohibited by companies Because they intentionally use this as a tool to extort money from consumer. I can only say that I did filed this with district attorney of ********** and they reached out to me for additional paperwork (Assuming this is going somewhere)

    This company has billed me numerous times making false promises and claims to help build my business and when I cancelled many times over now they are threatening me with collections stating that I agreed to a 12 month term. Which I never did. I want a full refund for all services.

    I am writing on behalf of ***************** regarding an unfortunate financial issue with APN. Regrettably, engaging with *** turned out to be a poor financial decision for my business, as their services did not meet the expectations set during our initial agreement.


    Despite my best efforts to collaborate with ***, their services did not yield the promised results or provide any meaningful benefit to my business. Considering these circumstances, I kindly request that *** refund the $1,000 payment I made as part of our agreement.

    When the client initially signed up with APN Tech, it was clearly communicated that *** services would require a commitment of six to twelve months to fully realize the benefits. *** focuses on organically increasing online visibility over time, which can attract more customers and phone calls. However, ********************** does not guarantee immediate leads or phone calls, as we are not a lead generation or advertising service.
    The agreement with Ms. ****** was specifically for *** services. On October 3rd, Ms. ****** spoke with ***** about the programs progress. ***** explained that the program was still in its early stages, with the listings having been active for only about three and a half months. She reset expectations, noting that *** results typically take six to twelve months, and highlighted that the business was already ranking fifth on the first page for relevant search termsindicating progress.
    Ms. ****** acknowledged this and agreed to continue the program to give the listings more time to build credibility. However, the account was canceled a month later when an autopayment was declined, and the outstanding balance for November was resolved. It's important to clarify that no agreement was made to refund $1,000.
    To resolve any issues, we need to speak directly with Ms. ****** to understand her concerns. Unfortunately, her refusal to communicate and request to cease all outreach has made it difficult for us to address or resolve the matter.     I emailed apn to call me about canceling the service because i had 2 services doing the same thing. Sent email because i couldnt get ahold of anybody. After 3 and half weeks i got a response to my email apologizing about length of time it took to get back to me. After a phone call exlaining to apn i was canceling service because of me having 2 businesses doing the same thing i thought that was done. I then get couple emails saying to contact them about an urgent matter. I called and said why am i getting messages like this when i canceled them the month prior and what was the the urgent matter at hand that i was needing to address and have messages sent to me like that. I got an apology from the apn person and that was it. Then the next month agiain i was billed again so i called talked to a apn so called mnager who would get back to me after she investigated the issue. She called back and said ***** billed because i had to verbally tell them i was canceling. I ecxplained i did that already she said according to the phone records and emails that i did not. Oh yes i did so i told her i would disput it with my bank and she got pissy and saidthey would provide the phone conversation and i wouldnt get my money back period. Well im certain i verbally canceled the service and no matter what they provide they have people that do there job and document correctly and have all phone conversations avaliable. I still am going to dispute charges at my bank period.

    Misleading Sales Tactics and Unresolved Issues with APNTech Services After receiving multiple calls from APNTech about their voice search service, I agreed to try their service and paid $323 On October 17, 2024. Immediately after paying, I was pressured to purchase additional services, before even seeing any results from the service I just purchased. This felt aggressive and unnecessary.From the start, I had issues signing into the dashboard. To make matters worse, APNTech created a duplicate ****** My Business listing, causing an immediate suspension of my duplicate page. Full disclosure my first page was already suspended. They said they could help me with that suspension as well. I had to hire an outside company to correct the issue, costing me additional time and money.I reached out to APNTech's tech support for help, waiting several days without a response. After multiple follow-up calls from my end, I finally asked for a refund on November 4, 2024, due to the lack of assistance and the problems their service caused. I was told I am not eligible for a refund, but no clear explanation was given for this refusal.Since APNTech refused to refund me, *** had to dispute the charge through my bank. I am also concerned about potential future charges, and I intend to take legal action if any additional charges occur.Based on this experience and the complaints I have since seen about this company, I believe APNTech engages in misleading business practices and is possibly a scam company. I have spoken to my lawyer and based on my experience with them I have the right to make these claims and this is what I have experienced. I want to warn other potential customers to stay away from **********************, as my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, from poor service to unprofessional handling of my concerns to flat out refusing to refund my money without and real service rendered.

At apnTech, we provide voice search registration services, enabling businesses to be found on platforms like ****** Home and ****** This service does not include managing individual ****** Business Profiles or offering marketing services, as clarified with the customer.

    The customer contacted us regarding his ****** Business Profile, and we guided him on accessing his account settings. We explained that our voice registration service typically completes within 30 days, after which a refund could be considered if the registration were unsuccessful. However, as only 16 days had passed since his purchase, we advised him to wait for completion to assess refund eligibility.

    The customer chose not to wait and disputed the charges with his bank directly. Additionally, we want to note that when ******s sensitivity causes issues like suspensions, we are always willing to help clients with guidance to resolve such matters.
