      My complaint is against a company called "Berrylook". I paid $339.76 for blouses for my daughter's birthday. My order # is E2181331. I received an email indicating they received my **************** Unfortunately, I neglected to research this company before ordering. I have now done so, & discovered that MANY complaints have been lodged against this company based in China. I have seen their advertisements for years. WHY are they allowed to continue to advertise here in America, when they're obviously a SHAM organization? I do NOT expect to receive the blouses I ordered. What do I do about getting my money back? Please help me. I have sent emails to *********************************** but have yet to receive a response from them.

      I placed an order which took an extremely long time to receive. I finally received it on Monday January 10th. The items received were nothing like the web site description or representation. I contacted the seller to return the items to receive my money back. There was no response and no legitimate physical address to send or contact. Now I am stuck with bad products and I am out $57.83. I just want my money back and I am happy to give back the product because I cant wear them. This, I am asking for assistance to get this issue resolved.

      My husband, *******************, purchased a blouse from this company for me for Christmas. Order number E2148405, Order Date 11 19 21. The company sent 3 blouses and charged for 3 blouses, when he only ordered one. The blouse is too big and we have been trying to return all of them since the day after Christmas. No one will respond to our emails and phone numbers listed online for them are just "busy". I am not completely sure which Berrylook company this is because they do not list their address online, but the website is Berrylook.com. Their return address on the package was Return Warehouse, ***************************************************************************************************.

      I purchased four coats from this company on 11/22/21 and paid $109.79. I received an order #E2150268 immediately. I was concerned at first because I had to make the payment to Paypal as an only option which I did. Their policy shows it was to be shipped within 3 to 5 days. There is no phone number listed on their site but you do have an option to email them. I have emailed them three times with no response from them. I did not receive an email from them in reference to my purchase. And still have not to date. I have also not received any other confirmation of tracking information. I did locate a phone number on the internet and have been trying to call it for days and it's always busy. I'm very concerned about my purchase and about the money I paid since there has been no confirmation or communication. The money has been paid to them per Paypal.

      paid for order E2121757 I ordered 5 woman's Item from berrylook Total $138,39 + tax and shipping on the 09/29/2021 Here is my order # E2121757. I was sent a confirmation saying that I will receive my order in 5 to 7 business days and was told that I will receive a tracking number and which did not happen.Iv'e been emailing almost regularly regarding my order and still have not got my order, Then I receive a email saying that my half order was sent, which never happened so I asked for a refund because this company now feels like a scam to me, Then I got a email yesterday that I will only get $28 as a refund.... that's a total scam.Please help me get a full refund from this scam company it's been more then a month have not receive my order or tracking number and when I ask for refund they are playing games.Please help.

      I bought 9 dresses in 2019 - only received 6. Spent that year trying to get replacement items or refund. Not even going to start on the misrepresentation of some of the items I did receive - as only 3 dresses were wearable. Never received replacement dresses or refund. Blocked seller from my emails and all of a sudden started receiving emails from seller again. So I wrote again about not receiving the dresses that I ordered. Seller offered refund of $13.Refund should have been $30. Nonetheless, I sent options for the $13 dollar credit. Now again seller is not responding.

      Date of transaction 9/20/2021, I ordered 2 dresses on this date to go to a wedding on the first of Nov. thinking they would get here in time. I paid with paypal on their pay 4 pmt plan. I just looked at the status of my order and 1 dress was refunded without notifying me because it was out of stock and the other one hasn't even shipped yet and probably won't get to me in time. And not I can't seem to get through to them to discuss this matter.

      January 18/2019. BerryLook claims to have refunded me the product never received the cancellation and one item returned due to wrong description of the product. Phone number I was given a disconnected phone number when I tried to call **** and I have been asking repeatedly over time of where the money has gone. Theres no company that claims to give refund without providing proof ,last 4 digits of credit card number . I cannot find the corporate phone number , something is wrong .they owe me $53.00 or prove where they sent the money . I have asked for them to trace so called refund . I also have emails form recent correspondences ,i May still have phone number but Im not sure if I. An upload everything.
